Tropical Bay

Location is difficult to find, no water facility, only one person is available to look after 3 cottage and that person manages check in check out, no soap in bath room, their was leakage from the room of the cottage

Very bad experience of the hotel and also staff. not good service for everything 😕 It has too much mosquitoes and few insects.

the stay was very average the caretaker taker was almost not available somewhere the owner of the property was helpful . the room didn't had the things written in the description . So we were 2 of us and both of us one by one got locked in washroom for 30 min to 1 hour , so the lock of washroom was loose and it sometimes auto shut from out. so to come to the property the road were not at all proper and very very narrow . no food available at property not even water bottle .

The stay was not good at all. Staff and there services was very pathetic

Worst experience. Location is near to palolem beach but there is no proper road to reach the hotel, you need to walk 250m from main road to reach the hotel. Breakfast was included in our package but the same was not provided. Insects cockroach were there in room, kitchen. Room was not cleaned properly. Ac was not working properly.

The place is a perfect weekend getaway. It's just 30 meters from the beach, rooms were comfortable.

Property location is very nice, almost 50 meter from palolem beach. But room was not nice, the moldy smell was all over in the room, ac was leaking over the head. While booking property it was shown that breakfast is available in booking but there was no breakfast service, they told kitchen is not functioning. Staff were nice. Overall it was not a pleasant stay.

This property is having a very vey bad situation currently. This is having a simple tea- coffee system in the hotel. The entrance of this property is horrible in monsoon & people can't have get out due to pathetic road condition just in-front of the main gate. Only good thing is the location.

When I search this hotel then I see good photos but when I reached there it was worst experience in my life 😓😓😓. There rooms are very shity. Don’t go there please

Ceiling fan is not effective in any cottage. Even ro water is also guest have to fill by itself. Location is good.

Washroom facilities very bad. Many insects effected us & after complaining nothing change. Not clean the room properly every time.

There was no ac in the rooms, and the cottages were quite small and the fans didn’t work. The staff was good and friendly

Rooms are neat and good but the fan is not working properly and water from bathroom taps are also not coming properly

Staying there was good n. Convinient, staff is also very very friendly, over all area for holidays is good

Nice stay

Clean and quiet accommodation 100 m from the beach. Very welcome and good organization. The staff is also very nice.

The property owner mr. Shailesh kadam is very supportive. The stay was nice and we enjoyed. The rooms are nice within budget. So loved the place
