Accommodation and room was specious, front view was river. Cleanliness is awesome and no complaints. Food was delightful with multiple options, price to value is significantly better. Overall staff from entry to exit was smooth and hustle free.

Rooms are not cleaned properly. In Buffe Breakfast quality is bad n too little choices n restaurant staff is not cooperative except for Pritam. Front desk staff are very cooperative. Overall hotel standard has gone down.

Terrible Stay

Unprofessional reservation staff and a strange chlorine smell from the bath towels. The toilet was poorly maintained. The reservation desk staff were unprofessional; they did not know how to treat or speak with guests, simply saying, "Go and complain wherever." A horrible check-in experience. I will never book The Crown Goa again.
