The Location of Deepak's Raj Exotic Palm property is slightly far from all main locations, but it is reachable from every location. It is a nice and clean property with spacious rooms and a good pool. The Cleanliness of the property is well-maintained, except for the washrooms which need more attention. The Staff is very responsive and helpful, especially the reception staff. However, the room service staff lacks manners and can be rude. The property provides good support for charging electric cars, even though there is no EV charging facility. Overall, it is a great place to stay, especially for group travelers.

  The property is located in a great location with easy access to all the famous beaches and premium cafes in North Goa. It is also reachable from every location and is close to most of the famous beaches. Vagator beach is within walking distance and scooters and cars are available for rent at the doorstep. However, some guests found the location slightly far from all main locations and beaches.

• Cleanliness

  The property is well-maintained and clean. The rooms and hall are spacious and feel like home. However, some guests found the bedsheets and covers to be old, stained, and torn. The washrooms need more attention to cleanliness. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness themselves.

• Staff

  The staff members, especially the reception staff, are very responsive, helpful, and cooperative. However, some guests found the room service staff to be rude and lacking manners while speaking to guests. One guest had a heated argument with a receptionist who abused them and threatened to call goons on them.
