The hotel is in a prime location which is 10 mints walk to baga beach and titoos lane and also the staff is very polite and very humble the receiving and showing good respect

The stay is really comfortable and best for groups to enjoy. The staff is really helpful and arranged all the necessary things we wanted. The room service is really good, especially Arjun is very helpful. I would recommend this stay to everybody.

Amar, Arjun and Abhishek received well and responded early. They allocated a rooms early. The property is good with a swimming pool. Even that rental Bike Sonu is also a nice person. Overall feedback is Good.

Where nice rooms and nice for couples

Worst service apartment. I would point out Cons first, as the list is long 1. A/C won't work properly. 2. The kitchen is terrible. There are very few utensils 3. Bathroom is very dirty, never know when hot & cold water comes. The worst part only hot water comes is the wash basin tap. we need to rely on bathroom tap for cold water 4. Staffs are very rude 5. When there is a power outage, nothing works other than lights. if you ask the response is very rude 6. No car parking space, need to park outside and pay 200 bucks/day extra for that 7. The swimming fool is very dirty and it won't recycle the water. it's like a small pond with dirty things in it 8. Floors are dirty and very old Cons: 1. Close by to the beach

The stay is very good. This place is easily accessible to good restaurants near by, scooty rentals and also just 1KM away from Baga beach. The rooms were very clean and everything was perfect.

The stay had too many rules. You can't play music, you can't play in the pool, etc. Basically, anything fun is restricted. They don't have private parking; even though they have space, they don't let you park there. You need to park outside, and the Panchayat charges ₹200 for parking. The rooms were not cleaned well and smelled terrible. If you're very lucky, you will get a room with a nala view. The washing machine's door got stuck and leaked. The staff were nice, they were prompt to respond to anything we ask. That was the only nice thing about the stay.

Room was clean but furniture and bed sheets and pillows were stained. Overall location was in close proximity.

Ideal for family stay. All facilities work as advertised. The property manager Mr Abhishek was very helpful and had very good local knowledge. Proximity to Baga and Calangute beaches are a big plus. Good nearby restaurants to explore a variety of cuisines.

It’s a old building with full of damage. completely stinking with worst smell.. worst staff service Receptionist name piyal does not even have basic common sense how to talk to guest worst customer service and not worth stay... v bad experience bloody uncivilised staff piyal . I am mentioning his name so please throw him out of job so you guys can get few happy guest who booked your stay by seeing fake images in MMT
