Nice location, near to market and tourist attraction places. Rent a bike is also available. Only the restaurant is close by 10pm that was negative point. But nearby whole is opened till late night. Caretaker was also helpful.

I left that property in 20 mins. I didn't stay in that worst property. All money in vain. I don't have stay photo, but stay was horrible don't suggest to any of the family.

Check twice before you trust

It was mentioned new property but it was an old property and ac also old one. Location of the hotel was in a compound of multiple hotels where reception staff will not even inform about the location of the hotel. Room was adjustable with kitchen and fridge.

Rooms and bed are smelly. . Ac gives suffocating smell nad waters leaks through ac inside room. Pool is the only good point i this hotel

3 average Reason- 1 No back of power light ( no any generator in room) so 4-5 time light was gone . 2 - In swimming pool highly clorine in water and water filter off. 3- Room service is too late. So don’t want suggest that this hotel 🏨

Hi guys this is one of the best resorts i have stayed in goa safe, clean, fast service, good care taker, and the main part is it’s location the owner akash is very nice person he guided me very well with everything and care taker tanaji is very nice the pool is clean you can get everything from your room food rental bike and all i would recommend this place to everyone who wants to come to goa everything is perfect here thank you
