I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. From the start, the staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming. The check-in process was slow, full on time pass and the receptionist barely acknowledged us. The room was not properly cleaned—there were stains on the bedsheets, dust on the furniture, and an overall lack of hygiene. The real disappointment came at checkout. We were rudely told to check out exactly on time, with no flexibility whatsoever. What made it worse was that they didn’t even allow us to have our breakfast before leaving! This is unacceptable. The staff showed no courtesy or willingness to accommodate guests. Both staff’s behaviour was very rude. Kindly look forward towards it. For the price they charge, the service and hospitality are severely lacking. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel—there are far better options where guests are treated with respect. Very bad experience.

Vaggi’s place is a small stand alone building hotel residing in arpora north goa. They share the wall with 5 star hotel park regis. I got a triple bed room in 2nd floor with attached balcony and neat and clean modern washroom. They have one restaurant running by the owner. I had a veg thali and it was good. Hotel staff samim was helpful.

The place was okay but the owner is quite rude and impolite.

Dirty water in the shower, room smells bad, thought room being smoking room no ash tray, asked for towels the staff told there are no extra towels, no basic toiletries not even a toilet roll. Room is listed as outside food allowed but no cutlery provided even though there's a restaurant running downstairs. Everything listed in amenities is not available.

It’s not even worth for 500 rupees. Dark place and the area is not secure at all. no food services at all. Negative vibes and smell of bad oder and smoke was coming inside the rooms

Ambience: the room was smelling terrible. Cleanliness is down zero. I found a dog in the corridor. Rude and not responsive staff and management

The hotel is good pocket friendly but food is not available also its entrance/ stairs to reach room is congested. Rooms are good with a balcony. Staff cooperative!

Pros- hotel is located in front of the beach. You can reach beach easily. Rooms are okish. We had complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was good. Stay is located in nice and calm place. Cons- so in night time there will no light outside the stay. Eve time we visited the beach and after sometime we went to tomato’s restaurant which is famous in morjim. So we reached tomato by walk which is about 800 mtrs from the stay. After having dinner we started coming back to hibis via the beach line. After that only we realised there are no people in the beach side. Not even a single person. The entire beach line was very very dark and scary. That is the only way to reach hotel. The hotel people should have informed us about this before. That too we are couple. But they didn’t inform us. Half of the way we covered. My wife got very scared and she almost cried. Because till hotel it was very very dark and no one was there. What if someone comes and did something to us. It is not about me it is about my wife. I would run away but being with her what i will do. So till hotel we walked with fear. However we reached hotel safely. We would not forget that moment. The hotel people must have informerd about this. Please consider if you are staying as couple.

The guy on the reception seems very weird and not at all welcoming. After the checkin we were handed over the keys and told that u par aapka room hai

The room was clean and so the bathroom, staff was very friendly, the room has a refrigerator which made it easy for me to keep my birthday cake fresh.

The hotel is situated near the baga beach location. I loved the spacious room. The room offers a beautiful balcony and watch sun-rice from the balcony. The staff and service was also good. I had an amazing experience staying here.

We stayed here for 7 days and it was an amazing stay in this hotel. Below are pros and cons pros 1. Rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. Electric kettle, mini fridge, bathtub, shower,, 24 hours hot water, non-smart tv with tata sky provided. 2. Staff is very polite and helpful. 3. Outside food is allowed and we can order from swiggy, zomato or by calling local restaurant. 4. No restrictions on smoke, shisha, alcohol, medium loud music in room. 5. Delicious breakfast was served sharp at 10 am. 6. Staff arranged 2 extra chairs immediately when asked. Cons 1. Only 1 mirror provided in entire quadruple room. Need to install at least 2 more mirrors in bathroom and living room. 2. We stayed during monsoon that too for 7 days, struggled to wash clothes of 4 people. No place to hang clothes for drying. Laundry service is not available. 3. Cupboard drawers are very stiff, don't get closed easily. 4. Toilet papers were not provided, we had to buy on our own. Overall, i would still rate it 5/5 for because of customized stay as per our requirement and staff's service.

First of all, the location of this hotel is not great, you find better hotels at the same price off season. 2nd, it's not well maintained, they barely have rooms and also nothing is in price, the refrigerator was not working, the curtains for bathroom were torn and the bedsheets were stained. 3rd there was not enough space. After telling these people that i need another room as i was staying with a friend, they just told me there's no room and that's the only one they got, and when i told them to replace the curtains, they never did. And the bedsheets were stained to which they tried to put the blame on me, so disgusting this hotel was, never ever will i suggest anyone to stay here, especially if you are traveling from different state, no proper amenities were provided.

I booked room but once i reached at hotel room was not ready there was water coming in hotel from the roof then they sifted me to other hotel they are not provided breakfast and dinner as i booked in advance but anyhow i stay other hotel then i booked different hotel very bad experience
