Breakfast service non availability of standard items like poached eggs, half boiled eggs, almond milk coffee and staff is very poorly trained. Housekeeping never cleans properly, same stained bedsheets replaced. Wifi password does not work.

Had a bad experience with the front office during check in. They started demanding extra money for complimentary breakfast for my daughter although it was part of the package. They finally agreed after much argument.

We had very bad experience with this hotel , room was not clean at all. We had lot of confusion about extra bed , breakfast for kids. Won’t recommend this hotel at all. Very disappointing.

dirty bed sheets dirty pillow covers cockroaches and flies in the room same goes for the bathroom, the bathroom towels and the general smell was quite awful though the flow of water was adequate i liked the room service . they were quite punctual. lots to improve and work on i would say The staff was polite and helpful

Good location.Though the entrance to the property is unimpressive. Room is large (you don’t bump into the furniture when you are moving).Air conditioning was satisfactory. Two lifts are available so you don’t have to wait too long in the lobby staring at the walls. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Auto available on call in case you want a quick meal at the many nearby restaurants. I Dined out at “Kareem’s “ so can’t comment on the hotel food. Overall a pleasant stay……
