The location of the hotel is good but the room is very dirty, the room smells very bad, the building is very old.

It's a good location from services but they have no supply food if the supply the food the properties very good over all properties very good anybody can stay

Nice staff, room' also good and clean, the best thing is that baga beach ke paas hai jo hum paidal se bi ja sakte hai

It was a nice experience and easy for ys as it was our first trip and the hotel was situated in the main part. Easily accessible to the beach and other tourist places.

No room cleaning in 4 days. It's not value for the money.

The rooms were neat and clean. Staffs were extremely helpful especially kali the receptionist, and it is near to baga beach and titos lane

We got a neat and clean room and the working persons are very helpful. We ask them hot water and they provide us 2 time's.

The toilet was not at all clean, no towel, no shampoo or soap(a sachet would be available everywhere)

We have booked non ac room. Everything is really a good experience. Staff are very helpful and a good person. Location is very good, walk in distance from baga beach. Just washroom is not so good. Overall all are good.

Location: easily accessible and convenient to reach other places too. Food: the homely cooked food is the best compared to the ones we get in the restaurants. Hygiene: the room, rest room surrounding areas are neat, clean and hygienic. Safety standards: CCTV surveillance all around the property. 24hrs staff availability of the support staff. They are just a call away at any time on the clock.

Decent budget rooms. 600 meters from baga beach if you go via tito's lane.

This hotel is good. Location is very good. But booking time checking time shown 11:00 hour but in hotel they told checkout 10:00. But after check out u can kept yours baga in reception.

The place is located near baga beach, 5 minutes walking distance when i reached the place i was surprised as why this place has 2 stars on the internet, really stupid. I was glad i booked it over the reviews. Here's my experience about the hotel. Rooms 10/10 staff : very humble and always ready to help owner: very co-operative location: everything is easily accessible from this place, baga - calangute - anjuna - arpora. Bike rental is available, taxi service is available at the property. What else you need? this place has thought me that stars dont matter, visit and explore yourself.
