reached at 11pm , no meals , kitchen closed, no drinking water glass in room, even after so many request they didn't provided, a big horrible dog will welcome you with a very dangerous barking, come with anti rabies injection.

Location was excellent (right on the beach). Excellent services, staff (particularly the lady on the reception) was exceptionally helpful. She is an all rounder. Food was excellent, amenities provided were very good. Not very expensive. Highly recommended for a few days.

It's my first trip to Goa with my family and I feel so safe in the entire journey. I booked the hotel which is located at the beach. The staff is very cooperative,the food is delicious and the location is amazing. I feel so comfortable, Thank you.

Great beach view, but room cleanness can be improved. There were ants in the bathroom, there was no one to carry luggage to the 1st floor so we had to carry it ourselves, but as i said, these shortcomings can be overlooked by the view of the beach in front. Overall satisfactory.

It was a great experience as needed. My stay was so fantastic and lovely. I would love to stay again with the same property.

Moderate staying but great beach view

We stayed there for a night, standard room was fair. Ac was not functioning and room was a bit small.

Worst experience, staff is very bad, room was not cleaned and not satisfying your paid money. Not single point is satisfying about this hotel.

Stay was near by beach as mentioned, room was ok, ac was not working, food was also not available there as it was good friday,

Awesome, the old man working there is very helpful, don't go with bad reviews if you are good person, who treats all people good, you will feel good there. Beach is very close. Food is expensive. I left my shorts there, the old man helped to retrieve it. Helpful staff + dog and cats there are so cute

I had booked and paid in advance for family suit room (room no. 200) but on arrival given small room. On questioning the same the hotel didn't accept there mistake.

I booked by mistake 2 times but still more funds not come i already complied but not yet received my money

Location is very good, food is average (i had veg sizzler, however, manager was extremely rude since check in, during room door opening key was damaged (easily without any force, but manager was shouting to get 500rs for key making and did not want to listen anything (as understood from him, key was 10 years old, owner intervened and i had to pay 300 rs. I have stayed in at least 100 hotels till date but havent experienced such thing. Too bad.

Location for person who wantsvtp stay near beach is excellent. Room are bit small but for single or couple it may be ok if your budget is low for seavfacing hotels. Below is cafe and okis thing you will get ok ok items

Terrible. That stay is worst

It was a good stay. The guest house is just in front of the bogmallo beach which houses an in-house restaurant offering chinese, north indian and continental cuisines.

location good 👍 according to room prices & services were fare 💐 but i still enjoyed the day with quality food & environment 🎈

Outer space which is beach facing are not maintain properly. I booked by seeing those pics on mmt. But its disappointing that was not maintained properly. Otherwise room is average.
