Food: The food being only vegetarian and tasting subpar (like hospital food) seems to have been a big letdown, especially with the ordering process being done through WhatsApp chat. Dining Area: The dining area being congested was another discomfort. Service & Amenities: Lack of a lift inside the building is a major inconvenience, especially for higher floors. Also, the service staff (like the receptionist) didn’t seem to have a professional demeanor. Navigation: No visible hotel board made it hard to find the place, which can be frustrating for new arrivals. It seems like there were some major aspects that could use improvement for a more comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything—from the rooms to the service—was perfectly managed. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sachin Thapa, my host, who made the experience even better. He was extremely cooperative, humble, and polite, always ready to help with a smile. His warm and professional attitude truly stood out and made me feel at home throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My recent stay at your property was quite a disappointing experience, the property is new, the rooms are well-designed, and the view from the room was pleasant and enjoyable. These aspects made a great first impression. However, there were a few concerning issues that impacted the overall experience. Most notably, the manager on duty was not polite or professional in handling a guest-related concern. Instead of addressing the issue calmly, the manager responded by threatening to fire staff members over a communication lapse, which created an uncomfortable and tense environment. There was a clear unwillingness to listen or understand the situation from the guest's perspective. Additionally, towels were not provided in the room, which is a basic necessity and should be consistently ensured for all guests. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, and steps are taken to improve guest relations, staff communication, and attention to room amenities.

As showing in MakeMyTrip booking no have any offer in any like water sports, car pick up or drop. When I ask them thy says call on this number like that say and give me number. They don't take any responsibility. Also as saying in website booking in room have no have iron board and iron. Shower not working when I reach at hotel. After i complent to maneger they repair after 1 and ½ days. Also bathroom door not working properly.

I faced difficulties to find the proper location and the service over there is worst. They had given and non ac room over there and we booked for 3 adults but they had given only for two adults and denied to given extra bed we asked them to shift us to other room and there was no proper response from the service team they won’t receive the calls for enquiries
