The area is very small and the location to this resort from the palolem beach road is not good, in dark you will need a light. Its near to beach but again from beach to this resort road is not good. Owner was welcoming but the room was not at all price worthy.

The location of the hotel was excellent, everything was nearby and the room which I stayed in was quite good. The surrounding area of the hotel was very nice. I traveled there with my friends and we enjoyed our stay.

The location is the most favourable part. Just next to the beach. The place is cosy and rooms are comfortable. The owners are professional. I would recommend the place to couples and families for short stays

Very poor in service. Toilet was very dirty, flush was not working. Owner was very adamant & he do not have value for customers. So many options around with the same rate. Please DO NOT STAY at Zappia Cove.

Nice stay and worth every penny

We had a nice stay at the place. Pretty decent. Clean and good service. A big welcome to wade off the blistering heat. Also very close (about 2 mins walk) from beach. A little hidden from the roads. Worth every penny.
