Pros: Location awesome. Staff superb. Food superb. Beach front. Con: Too many times electricity goes off. when power goes, water doesn't come in taps. only once power is restored, water flows again. Hot water not regular, need to ask staff to fix the valve. broken switches and faucets and glass window. Property needs renovation. Overall for the location and staff you can visit here. Not for rooms though. Staff are very polite and helpful at all the times

It is a beautiful property nestled in a quiet part of north goa near anjuna beach the hotel staff was very accommodating and courteous the room was wonderful with a beautiful balcony and scenic swimming pool views we had opted for breakfast which was incredible with lots of options. I especially loved the coconut corn rice. Bike rental and taxi service is available right outside, also the hotel staff can help with it overall a very very satisfying stay
