I am disappointed with the condition of the facilities during my stay. The air conditioning was not working, making the room uncomfortable, especially during warmer hours. Additionally, the hot water supply was inconsistent, which was very inconvenient. The ceiling fan also did not function properly, failing to provide adequate cooling. Overall, these issues affected my comfort and experience significantly. I hope these problems are addressed promptly for future guests.

Hotel position was great. The beach infront is beautiful. But rooms are pretty much average. There was a problem of fluctuating voltage during our 2night stay. No fridge inside the rooms. Staff behaviour was not so polite. Overall average stay at this hotel in terms of price.

Dear Guest, Thanks for review! however we didn't understand where you got information that we have fridge in a room. You brought your own drinks and told my staff that you want to keep it in our Bar fridge, which is against our policy, when our staff refused it which you didn't like and you wrote that staff behaviour is bad. Please understand it does't work according to your rules. We admit that there is voltage fluctuation and this problem you will face in entire Goa, but this is not regular and can happen sometime.

My stay at om shanti beach stay

I was coming to this place from cola beach (a hidden gem, read my other review of blue lagoon, cola beach. The place is really easy to reach. Om shanti - patnem is right at beach. The road that gets you to this place is actually a little cute market for road side clothes and antiques. The beach front part of this place is - in house restaurant and one beach hut. Rest all rooms in this hotel are kinda garden facing, still very close proximity to beach. I stayed in the only beach facing hut of this hotel. The hut was spacious, clean and provides unhindered view of the patnem beach. Also the hut is very close to restaurant. The restaurant serves different cuisines and we tried some chinese and italian. The taste was below average (but your taste can be different, so try one dish and then decide. The beach is clean and flat, you can safely go till some distance in water. Overall experience at om shanti was good (tasty food could have made it great.

familyLoved this place at first site, located on beach side with direct access to beach. The rooms are cozy, also the food was incredible. Only draw back would be car parking, had to park the car in pay n park facility what can you expect when you want a beach facing resort!

Terrible Stay

Mr. Chetan patil, you have not kept any fact here and wrote a review out of frustrations because we didn't allowed you early check-in at 3 am, even after knowing that our check in time is at 2pm in the afternoon. No hotel will provide you early check-in at 3 am without paying any amount. You are right, its not in palolem and our hotel is located in patnem beach which is next to palolem beach. The location is is shared on mm t website and it was your duty to confirm it before booking. About parking, we have not mentioned anywhere that we have free parking on site, again you didn't bother to check it. You have mentioned old rooms, which are baseless because our rooms are wooden cottages located right on the beach and they are not concrete structure which you was expected. We have solar water heater from where you get hot water in bathroom. It looks like you had no idea how to use it. Lastly you had a food in our restaurant and told the waiters to put it on your room and kept it due and left the room without knowing us and without paying your restaurant bill. This is very insincere behaviour and we hope you will not repeat this attitude again in any other place. Regards team om shanti

The sea facing room is spot on the beach. Very nice view with gallery to sit in front. Food was good, ordered set-breakfast and indian breakfast, crispy veg. Nice candle light seating arrangement in the evening on the beach.

The place was right in front of the beach and it had a perfect view. Washroom could have been better. The room was clean, cozy and tidy. I loved our stay here. I felt the cost was a little higher for off season. Or else the stay was good
