we relished our stay for two days in sep 2025. it's a good property and value for money. however there is no intercom for reception or room service.

location ... good restaurant timings are limited, limited menu not suitable for in-house guests Swimming pool was very dirty, needs proper maintenance We wanted to spend 3 days in the resort, relax . use the pool eat and relax spend 3 days, but it was a disaster. And there are no decent restaurant s nearby, not having personal vehicle would be a handicap. There is no intercom in the room

I recently had the pleasure of staying at D7 La Serene, and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident throughout my stay. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a serene and peaceful atmosphere that lives up to its name. My room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, combining modern comfort with subtle luxury. One of the highlights of my stay was the location—peaceful and quiet, yet still accessible to local attractions and restaurants. It felt like a perfect getaway spot for anyone looking to relax without being too far removed from the city or beach. The breakfast options were also excellent—fresh and delicious. Overall, D7 La Serene is a gem. Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, it offers a great balance of comfort, elegance, and calm. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and would gladly return for another stay!

The rooms are spacious , the view is extremely nice.. the staff were very hospitable .. the property is new hence it felt good

I especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings—no unnecessary noise, just a quiet, relaxing environment that made it easy to unwind. The food was another highlight. Breakfast each morning was fresh, The in-house dining menu was also well-curated and consistently delicious. The staff was always ready with a smile, eager to assist with anything I needed, whether it was local recommendations or simple requests. Overall, D7 La Serene is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with great service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The place way 10 on 10 we loved the place the room and the area and the swimming pool also we enjoyed a lot as we suggested our family also to visit there it’s a completely a best property where couples and family can enjoy

D7 La Serene was an excellent find on MMT. The property was perfectly situated in verdant surroundings with a plethora of economical food options nearby. The in -house dining restaurant Saborosa was a delight. Staff at restaurant was well trained and efficient. Special shoutout to Shailesh who was attentive and well informed. The property had well appointed large and clean rooms with attached pantry area. We were automatically upgraded to interconnected patio rooms as we had kids with us. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Swimming pool was cosy and choice of rooms with villas,patio and deluxe rooms. adequate parking for our vehicles. All in all it was a wonderful find on MMT and we will strongly recommend this place for a quiet getaway from the touristy north goa crowd.

Our family stayed at D7 Resorts for 2 nights and 3 days, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Every department--front desk, housekeeping, recreation, and especially the restaurant-offered top-notch service and hospitality. The resort's architecture is stunning, blending beautifully with the natural surroundings and offering a perfect mix of comfort and elegance. The kids had a blast in the pool and were entertained the entire time. A special shoutout to Asis & team at the restaurant- his warm service and attention to detail truly enhanced our dining experience.

The location was excellent.. very very peaceful... highly recommend to book this for a relaxing vacay in South Goa Food is also very good..neatly cooked and soothing flavours...Staff was highly hospitable...very decent and polite and they go out of the way to take utmost care for the guest.

it was a good place to stay when you are in south goa. The property is clean and calm. next time I'll definitely consider it to stay.

Poor management. No intercom or phones in rooms, usually no manager at reception. Hugely overpriced yet no services. Terrible restaurant for food. Overpriced, awful food and understaffed. No buffet breakfast. The hotel seems to have been running with almost no visible staff. Not even our IDs were checked while giving us the room keys that too by a helper.

There is no safety in the property. Stray dogs roam around. Restaurant staff feed them. They sit inside the kitchen. I was bitten. Had to take vaccinations.

Great rooms good service. The overall property looks very pretty. The rooms were big and bed was comfy

That is a kind of lodge. Owner is not professional. They don’t have laundry, in room dining. I requested to mm t please remove their hotels from sight

Pros: • Beautiful property located just 3 km from Colva Beach. • Swimming pool and car parking available. Cons: • No elevator. • Disappointing complimentary breakfast. While this is a 5-star property, I can only rate it 4 stars due to the restaurant experience. The restaurant staff seemed disinterested in serving breakfast properly, as they appeared focused on preparing for lunch instead. The limited breakfast options included: 1. Bread omelet (only one slice of bread) served with canned juice and tea. 2. Puri with canned juice and tea, but puri was unavailable, and they substituted it with cold, tasteless parathas.
