Worst staff and the worst services this stay and there staff they are not even friendly for group or couple they don’t have amenities available in there stay no geiser neither they have provided proper handwash soaps Ac was not working and same as lights and they are not even listening our problem and the beach is very crowded personally it was my worst experience don’t go there find something better

The stay was very average. The photos posted are from summer season, however, in rainy season, the property does not operate properly. Restaurant/Bar/Seating area was closed with no proper amenities available. This property should not be booked even in mild rains.

The plus point of this hotel is the location. We stayed there from 29 Aug to 31st Aug. I know it’s a off season but hotel was open without Kitchen, no support staff, no reception, no check in formalities, no hot water, Leaking shower, hanged AC remote,,even there was no one to tell. No morning tea horrible experience

poor management and service. no hot water available. no internet available. if u need anything will have to ask for it and remind them thrice before they will provide

Facility was very poor. Washroom was always wet. No proper drainage. Current is irregular. No power backup in property. The wify is also not usable. Room was always foul smelling.

We booked the so-called Supreme Sea View Room for 2 nights and let me tell you, apart from the sea view, this place is an absolute nightmare. Everything else is a complete disaster. The entire property is in darkness — no proper lighting anywhere. The restaurant was shut, no food or even tea available inside the property, and absolutely no room service. For every single thing, you are forced to step out. The washroom is pathetic: water leakage inside the room, closet without a door, no hot water, no refrigerator. All we got was a single bottle of water for the entire stay — laughable for the amount we paid. Security? A complete joke. The balcony door couldn’t even be locked. When we complained about no light in the balcony, they casually handed us a candle as if we were camping in the 18th century. This place is not a “resort” but a poorly managed shack with zero facilities, zero safety, and zero hospitality. Don’t be fooled by the sea view One word for this property: DISGUSTING. Stay away unless you want to ruin your vacation.

It is totally different from the photos poor maintenance not worth the price...however the staffs behaviour is very good and friendly

we booked a sea view room, however that's the only good thing about it, just the view. everything else was subpar, the washrooms don't have proper ventilation, and it starts smelling like sewage. the room doesn't even have a fridge.

No idea if the place was getting renovated or sold. Absolutely pathetic service. Nobody to attend to you in the hotel. Kitchen was so dirty and in a horrible condition that we decided not to eat from this place.

Had a wonderful stay at The Shore Beach in Palolem! The location is perfect—right on the beach with beautiful sunset views and a calm, laid-back vibe. The cottages are clean, cozy, and just steps from the sea. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the seafood. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay smooth and relaxing. Ideal for anyone looking to unwind by the beach. Highly recommend!
