The location is good but the facility and hospitality is the worst. There was no one to attend us after we check-in. There was no hot water and after paying so much they were offering us a bucket of water which was even worse. There was no fan in the room so if we don't want the AC for some reason then you have to stay in that hot room.

The only good thing about this property is sea facing view as we booked for Sea facing room. Restaurant was closed, no room services even no telephone in room to connect with hotel staff. During night there was no one at reception area. AC was not working for one night and no fan in the room. Cost is too high as comparative to services or hospitality they are offering. If they improve it then only it's worth to pay this much high cost.

We stayed at this place for 2 nights, as a group. No intercom. Reception too far from Rooms. No service at all. The restaurant is under renovation. The workers at renovation, on request made breakfast and tea for us. No water for bathing on the check out day. We had to wait for half an hour to get water in buckets. The pump motor was not working.

Our stay in Goa was ruined by this hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and there was no beach view at all despite what the listing claimed. The restaurant was closed as well. The room was full of bugs, spiders and cockroaches. We asked for help and never got it. For the price we paid, this place was a complete disappointment. Would not recommend to anyone. Manager was completely useless and we didn't get a refund too Our stay in Goa was ruined by this hotel.
