Hospitality was good, the room was clean

Stay was not good , bad room , no proper bathroom door, dampness in room, tv not working . No security or basic amenities

Worst room service,,after we entered that hotel,there is no one to guide us or give us room(even after calling owner 5times by phone,he didn’t pickup our call).after a good hour of dilemma we checked into a random room.And he scammed us fine by not explaining rules and regulations at all. The funniest part is after not recieving us,not giving us room service at all,not giving requested delayed check out,he fined us

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown

Location and the room was clean and good, ac was good, there was no food and there was no staff on call on the property

The room was good, only one complaint TV was not working rest all are good, hotel is good and near to beach 🏖️

ONLY HOT WATER AVAILABLE IN ALL TAPS IN BATHROOM DUE TO SHORTCIRCUIT.TOOK 3 HOURS TO RESOLVE THIS. AC NOT WORKING AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR FROM HOTEL AUTHORITY WHEN WE POINTED OUT. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

Hotel is not tidy. There is full of foul smell at the entrance. Acha wasn't working in one of the room. Totally it was terrible

Location is easily available on map & at walking distance to palolem beach but hotel staff is not there for any room service, no food available, no parking available, no proper room lock & no proper cupboard lock is available, only towel was available, no toiletries available

I recently stayed at hotel roundcube, and overall, it was an okay experience. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and had basic amenities, but it felt a bit outdated. While the staff was friendly, the service could have been more attentive. There were some delays in room service, and the tv connection was inconsistent.

It was a very shabby place with ultra dingy entrance. The pictures on the showed that it is on the beach but was in a cramped up building. I would not recommend booking this at all. Don’t have pictures. Done

We were given a different room other than which we booked . Staff was not cooperative. Rooms are very conjusted. No fan. Sub standard AC. Current keeps going frequently throughout the night. As even there was no ceiling fan, it made the experience even horrible. The prices of the rooms is not justified. It should have been 800 Rs room instead. Basin tap was loose. Commod cover was loose and was just a inch away from falling out. There is no step or tiles protection below the toilet door. So water also spreads a bit into the room. Very narrow corridor in the entrance of the hotel. Two people carrying trolley cannot cross at one time. No space in reception for trolley storage also. Just a small chair and a small table. Please lower the prices to justify the service provided.

Clean stay, welcoming, very near to the palolem beach, accessible for all good restaurants

It is a small and clean guest house in the market and beach is 100 meters from the place. The staff is helping and friendly.

Very bad experience at this guest house. The owner never comes to this place. there is a caretaker who is very rude and available only for short time. You need to call every time to the owner for any help. No security at all. Outside people are also coming and disturbing the guests. even foreigners are also coming in drunk conditions and shouting. No response from owner for such incident. Never book this hotel for your own safety..

No proper ac, charging point wasn’t working, no toiletries, bathroom was dirty, furniture in the room wasn’t clean. The room was absolutely the opposite of what shown in the picture.

Good room cleaning and environment in the room is also good. The beach is also there near walking distance ~10 min.

We stayed 2nights in this hotel, very much satisfied. room and the bathroom was very clean, Most important thing Palolem beach is very closed to the hotel, only 3 to 4 min walking distance. Hotel's stuff behaviour is very good. I must recommend this hotel to everyone. Must visit and enjoy.
