I had booked a premium private room. It was well maintained and very spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room were good. Washroom was also clean. Proper cafe to eat. Swimming pool is not available. Also there is a rule for AC. For certain hours in day and evening AC will be turned off by stay. 1. Room were spacious and clean. 2. Locker available but you need to carry small lock. 3. Washroom were clean with hot water available. 4. Have there own cafe with lot’s of food options 5. Guy at the reception was very helpful and friendly. 6. Have wifi 7. Beaches are nearby. Good location. Only one issue there they have AC timings for few hours in day and evening the AC will be turned off by staff.

We had planned to stay 2 nights in South Goa, but this place was such a disaster that we ran back to North Goa the very next day. Honestly, this was one of the worst and most miserable stays I’ve ever had: 1. 2. Absurd fines – fine for bringing your own food or drinks. They’re just looking for ways to squeeze money out of guests. 3. Dead atmosphere – No party, no vibe, no fun. Absolutely lifeless. 4. Uninterested, rule-obsessed host – Instead of hospitality, you get treated like a nuisance. He only has a long list of rules and fines to throw at you. 5. Broken facilities – Pool table in terrible condition. And while we were still playing, the host had the audacity to ask us to quit at 11:30 PM because he had to leave. 6. No freedom even for simple things – We asked for a deck of cards to play inside our room, but the host flat-out refused and forced us to play outside, despite all of our dorm members agreeing to play together. 7. Filthy rooms – Dirty, smelly, and clearly never maintained. And the cherry on top. The host literally goes around begging and pushing every guest to leave a positive review before they check out. That’s the only reason this place has any decent rating at all. Overpriced, unhygienic, joyless, and run by someone who doesn’t care about hospitality. Avoid this nightmare at all costs.

Rooms were dirty and smelly. The hand wash and shampoo were so old that it was smelling. Manager was an unwelcoming man with passive tone

There’s no receptionist , rooms are stinky , when asked them to make it clear they said this rainy season bad smell is a normal issue you can go to another property moreover they charged me extra as per the menu and also for the water bottle , I suggest not to choose this property

Overall, the stay was average. The AC timings were inconvenient, and having only one table fan for a six-bed dorm made it quite uncomfortable.

No adequate amenities, no proper maintenance of the rooms, frequent power outages. Such a horrible stay. We had to call the host at 1 am in the morning to resolve the power outage

Stay location was only good apart from that that host was bussy in his own world beds and pillows were dirty ..

I've been to the property 4-5 times , and each visit has been a memorable one . The managers are really helpful and friendly . The food is also really good . The place has really great vibes to chill and enjoy . All in all it's always been a great experience .

Great for bachelors/ solo. Budget property. Very near to south goa top beaches

Too many person (12)in hostel’s two bhk having one washroom only.

Ac was being turned on for only limited time in a day. And no food and alcohol allowed from outside. I also tried to call the stay 2-3 days prior for enquiries such as early checkin but did not pick the call even after I called for more than 10 times.

Just a Basic Place to Crash – Nothing More If you're simply looking for a bed to sleep on and don't mind compromising on comfort or basic amenities, this place might serve the purpose. However, our stay here was far from ideal. The bedsheets and pillows had an unpleasant odor, which made it hard to feel clean or relaxed. Despite booking a private room, the promised facilities were noticeably absent—no dustbin, no kettle, and an outdated, cramped kitchen setup that felt more like a makeshift corner in a PG room than a proper amenity. There was also no common space to relax or socialize, just a drinking section which didn’t add to the vibe we expected. One of the most inconvenient parts was the water situation—no water available to fill bottles in the morning, and barely any water pressure in the washroom, making even a simple shower a challenge. The kitchen shuts down after 3 PM, and considering there aren’t many food options nearby, it puts travelers in a tough spot. We had previously stayed at Whoopers Morjim, and unfortunately, this experience didn’t come close in terms of comfort, cleanliness, or hospitality. Would recommend this place only if you're in urgent need of a place to sleep for the night and aren't too fussed about facilities or cleanliness.

The location of the property was good but overall the exp was worse.... don't go here and find something better...staff was not cooperative...
