Woke Morjim Hostel | Rooms & Dorms

I stayed at Woke, Goa for over a month, and honestly, it felt less like a hostel and more like home. From the cozy, well-maintained rooms to the peaceful vibe and friendly faces all around—this place is a hidden gem for long stays, workcations, or just slowing down and soaking in Goa the right way. A special shoutout to Jeffy, the property manager and the soul of the place—she goes above and beyond to make sure every guest is comfortable. Warm, kind, super efficient, and a fellow LFC supporter (YNWA!)—thanks to her, I didn’t just have a great stay, I made a lifelong friend. The location is perfect—close enough to explore North Goa, but tucked away just right to give you calm when you need it. Wi-Fi is solid for work, the common areas are beautifully done, and there’s a sense of community here that’s rare to find.

I have been to woke couple of times as solo traveller.This time went as couple and experience was not so great.There was continuous smell in washroom that didn’t got fixed even after cleaning.Not to mention the bathroom was way too small. I request them to improve as this is very unlike of them.

Decent stay for 2 days. The care taker is helpful and Accomodating. Didn’t have food, however facilities were neat and clean

The property is decent when you enter. However, you will realise there is absolutely no one there to welcome or guide you to the reception which is kinda located inside. Then a very unwelcoming, uninterested man appeared, who couldn't care to even say hello forget about being warm. I took a private room. The rooms are dirty, small, not at all clean. The bedsheet had sand grains. The worst of all is the smell in the room. There is damp smell in the room which doesn't go away no matter what. The solution was putting an insane amount of airfreshner pockets which just makes things worse. As a woman solo traveller, i generally choose to stay in travel hostels because of the sense of community and warmth. This had none! the rooms costed me 5000+ for two days with absolutely no service. They refused to get a water bottle, although i was standing at the reception because "there is no room service" all in all, choose another hostel or better stay in a hotel. I could have found a small cute little airbnb at the same price. In short, its a no go for me! i generally don't write reviews but i had to get this off my chest!

we find this property through mmt directly and it was clean well maintained dormitory. there was almirah as well to store the luggage but if you keep luggage near your dormitory that also sounds safe.

Where should i mention the review. I want to rewrite the review. The stay was very inconvenient. There were not many options in the stay for food and also the staff were very rude. No hot water at night to freshen up and when asked they would keep their phones out of reachable as the reception timing is only till 7pm. Post that there is no one to guide about anything

Property is very good, staff was polite and best part is that hostel give priority to cleanliness and hygiene. It is very near to morjim beach.

Staying at woke morjim is not that comfort, mosquitos issue, cleaning issues, blankets are not clean, no hot water, bugs in the rooms.

The hostel is very clean, near the Morjim and Ashwem Beech. property has lush green garden, pool area and common space.

Clean, easy access, metro is near, staff is polite. 10/10 recommend to book this for your stay in andheri

Well maintained, good and less crowded neighbourhood near to beach and all sorts of food options available.

It was very comfortable stay. Rooms, beds and bathrooms were very clean, you can make friends also, staff is very friendly and helpful.

The walls are full of fungus and foul smell room is smelling bad and the door to balcony was not closing as well

You can stay for 1 day if you wanted to experience hostel. Mixed drom is too crowded. No space between two beds and very uncomfortable. No cleaning of beds if you are staying for 2 3 days. They will keep it as it is.

It was overpriced for the time i went because it was rainy season but they have kept it clean and environment is also okayish.

pleasant stay, comfortable beds, location is good, value for money overall. on the con side, no in house bar or restaurant.

It was peaceful stay at woke, amenities were excellent and food was aslo good. Last but not least service was incredible
