Being an IHCL property the basic expectations were set and glad to know that they were met. Located on the main road leading towards Anjuna, Yellow House is conveniently located with Cafes and Restaurants around walking distance. Property is not a typical large 5 star The Yellow House, Goa - IHCL SeleQtions but a fairly small one which gives a very different vibe similar to boutique The Yellow House, Goa - IHCL SeleQtionss. It is cozy yet spacious. It is modern yet maintains the local vibe. It is newly built - which one can see from the room ambience. Good parts - Clean spacious rooms with good bed and excellent shower. It has a decent sized balcony too. No sea views, though you will get tall green trees all over. The staff was extremely friendly and prompt. They always welcome you with a smile. Areas of improvement - the breakfast was quite mediocre. Some of the South Indian favorites like Idli ( was cold ) and medu wada ( was very hard ).. Many of the items were repetitive too. On the bright side, tried their Goan Thali and this was absolutely spot on with homely flavours and nothing too spicy or oily. I would definitely come back here - will not let down my breakfast experience as a deal breaker.

The only suggestion I have is regarding breakfast—it could be a bit more elaborate, with more variety on a daily basis. That said, everything else was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Yellow House to anyone looking for a comfortable and distinctive stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

Had an exceptional stay at the property! The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The highlight was the amazing swimming pool—well-maintained and the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, ensuring a memorable experience. This place is awesome and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Goa. I had a lovely 4 days 5 nights stay at this property and there is nothing that I could pin point as a flaw. Food, ambiance, staff, housekeeping everyone I would like to thank for this lovely experience. Special thanks to Santoshi and Dnyaneshwari for the restaurant hospitality. Chef Jeetu for the lovely food. Narayan and Dharshan for the pool experience.

I always love the yellow house .. it has something that has my heart and soul to it . The hospitality is amazing , the environment and the atmosphere is superb ! The entire holiday seems fulfilled with complementary stuffs which again is a superb way to entertain the guests .. truly an amazing stay !

The location is good. Amenities are good too. What stands out is the service of the staff. They are so well mannered and attend to your requests with such grace. The front desk team, the house keeping and every member who we interacted with is worth mentioning !

The The Yellow House, Goa - IHCL SeleQtions is part of a 250 years old heritage villa. Beautiful ambience. Luxurious room and bathroom. Polite staff. Clean swimming pool. Good food and breakfast spread. Location is a little far from the beach.
