room had water seepage it is 10 mins away from beach for vehicles it was approx 1km away for feet and staff, they do not stand with guests there was an issue with cab driver and everyone left not even watchman was standing there they should be standing with their guests

We stayed with our 6 months old baby and right from the start the stay with awesome. 1. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, courteous. 2. Food was of great taste. Breakfast spread was great. Friday night was a live music show which was awesome. 3. Spa services are nice and the masseuse knee all the pressure points and stiff areas just by a touch. 4. The security if good and ample 2, 4 wheeler parking available. 5. Pool was clean. 6. Room service is prompt 7. Bike rental/car rentals, candolim beach, supermarket all are nearby and at a walking distace.

coupleWorst property. Property manager dont have sence. Too much force for check out. After placing main course order and asking for onion. They say they are chargeable. Zero star to this hotel

I do take pride in offering to my guests a clean, comfortable & pleasant environment in which to relax while staying at Acacia Hotel and Spa Candolim.
