The resort is very nice with peaceful atmosphere staff is very cooperative. We really enjoyed our stay. The reception staff, especially Tanman and Alam Bhaiya, are extremely cooperative. A must-stay place if you are planning a Goa trip👍

The property is located in a very isolated area. The entrance leading into the place is on muddy path with some parts no street lights and other parts not working. If you are walking at night, it’s very unsafe, even in a two wheeler you don’t feel safe. They really need to sort out their path coming into the place.

Pros: 1. The reception is very kind and helpful. 2. Good location in North Goa. 3. Food service available full day. Can be improved: 1. There was no mat at bathroom entrance causing room dirty. 2. Food is overpriced as similar to all other hotels. 3. Room is very small compare to the Booking price. 4. Breakfast menu is very limited. don't see any egg or non veg there. 5. final road to resort is still under construction.

Overall we had a good experience, however there are few things that was a big concern for me, the walls separating the units are just a fabricated panels, the women next to my room was fighting with her husband most if the time and i can literally hear everything and i didn’t wanted this. Secondly, the property promises to have hot water but i didn’t had hot water ever, we have to request a bucket full of hot water.
