property is located at abprime location..beach, market, restaurants all available nearby. the room was neat & clean...food was also good. daily buffet breakfast had many varieties. But i was also like to mention here that while doing checkin it was told to us to follow the resort official page on insta for 5% extra discount on food. But when we asked for it at the time of check out, necessary chaos was created by the manager. Asking same question again & again 'did u showed that u followed us on insta page to the manager during checkin process?' This was asked so many times..even after showing the insta page also..so we denied the discount and asked for bill without discount. this was really not acceptable effecting the whole stay experience.

It's near to all eateries and cafe in candolim. 5 mins walk to beach from back side. Room facilities are pretty good. The suite was very spacious and comfortable as well. I tried only the breakfast buffet where I feel there can be more options added for breakfast. Apart from food all services are excellent

The property is excellent, the service, breakfast buffet is also awesome. Only one thing I want to highlight, the deluxe room I had booked mentioned the area of the room as 300 sq ft but it is not correct per my sense. Keeping aside this, the stay has been a wonderful experience.

familyWe had an amazing stay experience here. And the resort is very close to candolim beach, just short walking distance. Also towards main road side, resort is well connected to lots of restaurants and cafes and supermarkets. Staff is also very courteous.
