Not so clean and smelling

Actually I have already spent in this property earlier in the month of March, 2025 and u found this property via MakeMyTrip they ate just awesome

Room service was not good. Dogs over there in resort barks you.

I stayed here for 3 days (20th–23rd) and this has been one of the worst hotel experiences ever. Please don’t go by the pictures online – they are misleading wide-angle photos. • Rooms: Extremely tiny, cramped, and not as shown in the photos. Even after upgrading to a “spacious” room, we only got a queen-size bed with a useless dining table dumped at the entrance. The rooms are uncomfortable and poorly maintained. • Washrooms: Dirty and unhygienic. Jet sprays don’t work, no toilet paper provided, and the solar-based hot water system is a joke – some days you get hot water, most days you don’t, even on sunny days. Be prepared to shower in freezing cold water. • Basic Services: • Housekeeping is practically non-existent. In 3 days, our room wasn’t serviced properly even once. • We paid for AC but it barely worked. • Tata Sky worked only for the first day; after that, their subscription had expired, and staff kept giving excuses without fixing it. • Swimming Pool: The pool is extremely unsafe and not child-friendly at all. The entire pool is 5.9 ft deep with only a tiny 3.5 ft section. I’m 5.9 myself and almost drowned. Calling it “family-friendly” is misleading and dangerous. • Staff & Management: Completely unhelpful. They make excuses rather than fixing problems. In short – dirty rooms, pathetic service, broken facilities, unsafe pool, and false promises. The only thing this resort will give you is regret. 👉 Save your money, your time, and your vacation mood – do NOT book Santa Monica Resorte, Calangute.

No car paring & the owner never supported to arrange the paring . In night @ 2.30 pm the house keeping staf knock the door who’s is scared to us . Very poor management for all the necessary requirements like water bottle , towels & the taster in restaurant has given electric shop day one , even after complaint next day also it was not working .

services is best and room is clean and super but bad is single single bad attach and set one bad and restaurant is not open off season. location is best near beach and all

The rooms are dull and mattress are not comfortable. Hotel breakfast is tasteless and has little options. Swimming pool is the only good thing about this property.

1. No fridge,TV, Wifi in room , in Goa ever hotal will have fridge in room. AC won't work properly. No AC, TV, Wifi - food is not good, we have not received any benifit booking through makemy trip.

Hotel room so smalls and also Staff steals a lot of money. Location is good, rooms are so small swimming pool also not good

Our 4-night stay at Santa Monica Resort Place, Calangute was nothing short of amazing! The resort has a relaxing ambiance, perfect for a beach vacation. The rooms were well-equipped and cleaned daily. The pool area was lovely, and the food at the restaurant was fresh and delicious. The staff was attentive and always eager to assist. It’s an ideal place to unwind and enjoy Goa. Can’t wait to visit again!

The room is very good staff also very good but staffs are low in number it is my request to them to enhance more strength in staffs and one thing is very good that is the road is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and the famous Falcon Bus Stand is there so overall I recommend everyone to book this hotel via mmt and enjoy your trip

Worst stay, rooms are bad and breakfast worst. Location was also not good too far from beach, not recommended from my side

Rooms were not clean, towels are like mopping cloths, bedsheet was not at all clean, pool accessibilty were not available after 7pm, at-least in the seasons they should provide pool access in the night as well

It’s excellent resort owner only take care of everything staff’s are very helpful very nice resort in goa

Checkin is smooth no issue in late check in, service is good, supportive staff, room and amenities are ok

Resort staff was not at all professional.

The experience was Ok the A/C had problems on turning on it wasn't clean , the room was not that clean, Hot water for shower was not available when needed.The essential supplies were not provided the specific ammount needed.Couch was faulty.
