Not good bad service because hotel management was not good and room was also not we don't like the service

no ac cooling, poor room service i had to call 4-5 times to get 1 service

1. Very poorly maintained rooms with old furniture and mosquitoes in the room. 2. The rooms actually given to us was not the same as shown in the pictures. 3. AC in the room was not working due to which we had to get the room switched. 4. The food was not so great. 5. The valet service was very poor and inadequate / congested parking area. During , we had to get our car out for which the valet refused to remove the other cars saying its not ‘his duty’.

it was avery good experience,food, hospitality and all amenities were good.Good for family stay.Breakfast was very good.Housekeeping was prompt and to the mark.i would recommend to all.

Sure the room was good and well maintained. The room service is very prompt. Key issues morning breakfast was bad, both quality and taste and the breakfast room was extremely warm and inspite of requesting, the staff wouldn’t turn on the AC. Parking is poorly managed and the security is very confrontational, to the point of extreme rudeness to the customers.

We have been going to Neelams since 10 years now and for us Goa = Neelams. The staff is warm, rooms are amazing and worth the price, breakfast and overall food served is good, they have live events planned almost every evening, crowd is good, what more can 1 ask for! Neelams all the way!!

It was totally a good experience

Neelam’s The Grand Goa is well-located near Calangute beach with a nice pool and friendly staff, making it convenient for families and groups. Rooms are spacious but feel a bit dated and could use better upkeep. Food and breakfast with mixed feedback—some enjoy it, while others find it average. Overall, it’s a decent mid-range stay if you value location more than luxury.

Overall stay was good. Property is spacious with very good location and good hospitality. Food quality was average but not bad.

The hotel staff were friendly & the breakfast buffet was delicious & offered a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, ith easy access to local attractions.. Too many guest check the next day of our check in , there was no table in breakfast buffet we were standing and waiting for the table till 15-20 mins, no plates in buffet, no breads , no butter, and very over crowded, village people were there in group they made the swimming pool water dirty, pushing people and using abusive languages with each other in front of kids .

nice stay and ambience , check in and check out services was good. Staffs are listenable

It was a very bad experience.at Neelam the grand .pathetic restaurant service ..non cooperative staff ..lack of basic amenities in the room as iron dryer etc ..

we had to change 2 rooms since the rooms were full of mosquitoes and was smelling. toilets and wash basin were full of mold. drain were blocked. called front desk since hot water was not comming, but no body showed up. Called houskeeping for towels, and did not received.

We had a fantastic family stay at the resort. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Room service was efficient, and the swimming pool was exceptionally clean and well cared for — a real highlight of our stay. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The bed in our room creaked with every movement, which became quite irritating during the night. Additionally, the air conditioner was noisier than expected, which slightly disrupted our comfort. Aside from these issues, everything else was excellent. We truly enjoyed our time here and would still recommend the resort for a pleasant family getaway.

Nice food and easy to connect to all required thing. Near to all attractions spot Nice hotel at center at hart of city Goa north , staf is very cooperative and very oom service for food also good
