Average hotel in average price , was expecting more, no hospitality, good budget hotel , breakfast quality can be improved

AC was not working properly in room provided and even after changing the room it was little ok but not ok if you are staying in warm weather like Goa.

It was an amazing experience. Had a wonderful time with the family. The main attraction is the buffet breakfast. and two pools with absolute hygiene

The resort is value for money Staff is very courteous Food is good Room are spacious Definitely recommended on a budget during peakt season Located closer to Calungute and Candolim

It's pretty old building, the rooms and hallway do not have proper lighting. They are trying their best to maintain it but needs more work. Did not like the breakfast options. No images

Service is okay, room are average, breakfast should increase the items, pool is very good. Location is not convenient, my stay i can give average rating.

It was like "gokuldham society with a swimming pool" no much open space in campus could not get relaxation vibe parking space limited

Good service and they have a swimming pool for couples that is really good. Service and staff behaviour is also decent.

Nice buffet with limited but delicious food options. Their staff is polite and helping. Good location as this road connects all the beaches.

1. It was not worth a stay. As compared to the price it was not worth, lot of things were old. Didn't like

The resort was not very hygienic and the cockroach was there in the bathroom. The reception staff was so arrogant for the allocating room on arrival. Staff were forcing us to use up i instead of credit cards at the restaurant. Our room was left open after cleaning!

My friend referred about property, location and amenities were ok. Service is too quick and polite.

Quick service and friendly staff. The food was great. Pool is also pretty clean. The most important thing is it is close to all the main places in goa. Would definitely love to visit again.
