Absolutely enjoyed the stay thoroughly. The hospitality of the team made it for a memorable experience. Jayant, Saloni, Ashwin and Awantika were truly stars of this property and make your stay delightful. Rooms are clean and spacious and the hotel is so well located that all the happening spot are literally 10-15 mins away. The pool was clean and the morning breakfast was perfect. Definitely do check this out for your next stay. Also we wanted to celebrate a Bday which was made special by the team.

Recently stayed at Avataara Resort and Spa and had a wonderful experience overall. The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The rooms followed a minimalist style—simple, uncluttered, yet functional—while the decor across the property gave off a modern and relaxing vibe. One of the biggest highlights of the property is its location; it’s perfectly situated, making it easy to get around and explore the area without any hassle. Here’s an aggressive 200-word version that’s still sharp, scathing, and easy to read in one go. --- Overpriced Noise, Downgrade Without Refund – Worst “Luxury” Stay Booked Avantaara’s Executive Pool View room /night for 3 nights thinking I’d get privacy and premium service. Instead, I got a front-row seat to loud music, constant chatter, and pool parties under my balcony. When I complained, I was moved to their “most secluded” room — which is actually the cheapest /night. They immediately re-sold my original premium room to other guests and pocketed the money, without refunding me a single rupee for the downgrade. Their idea of compensation? A cake. At checkout, they offered a “generous” 10% off my F&B bill — which felt like charity. I refused. Housekeeping also broke a bottle of alcohol on my balcony. I stepped on glass; luckily, I was wearing shoes. Safety clearly isn’t part of their “luxury” package. Only saving grace? Pratik and Ritesh from the restaurant, who actually understand hospitality and took great care of me. For everyone else in management — your guests are not here to fund your profit margins while being treated with indifference. If you value your money, peace, or dignity, look elsewhere. Avantaara is luxury pricing without luxury service.

The properties located well it has good rooms. The food is also quite decent. The best thing is the staff. What it could improve, though is the quality of the swimming pool. I think that can be better also the rooms maybe because it was off-season that we visited the rooms in. I think the washrooms can be a little cleaner the sit out area. There were some cops on the chairs so that can be worked upon, but the staff was more than willing to accommodate. I request. Also, we had a birthday celebration and they made a beautiful decoration in the room with balloons and a cake, which was extra Special.

I didn’t like the room which was allotted to us. I felt like I came in some village. It was backside. Room service is very poor. Toilet gets clogged. Shower temperature can’t be controlled. It’s either too hot or cold. U can’t control room’s AC temperature also. Property maintenance is quite poor. Breakfast was good. We did couple spa. Shampoo, body wash dispenser were not working. Steam room was uncomfortable. Shower temperature was extremely hot. Couldn’t control it. We were given only one towel and massage was average. Wouldn’t recommend spa at avatara.

We had a fantastic experience at this resort! The location is absolutely fabulous — surrounded by beautiful scenery and offering a peaceful, relaxing environment. The hospitality was top-notch from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious, with a great variety that kept us looking forward to every meal. Special thanks to Niranjan and Shitiz, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warm and attentive service truly stood out. Our 7-year-old son absolutely loved the property — there was plenty of space to explore, play, and enjoy. Nice and cozy. Neat & clean rooms especially the upper level one’s where the ceiling is high. Delicious food with good breakfast spread. Karan at the reception helped us a lot with his kind attitude. Location of the resort is cherry on top as all the best places are close by still there’s peace and calm around resort. Loved it.

Excellent Stay

Had a wonderful experience staying in Avtara Goa. This is the best location Tuesday, not too much crowded, sufficient space for parking and all the major clubs are nearby.
