Horrible Staff and Experience - Major Red Flags

The location is brilliant but the owner/caretaker of that place was absolutely horrible. His name is Vishu Clemente Fernandes - he had no manner of speaking and used to scream and talked in a loud rude manner, was not at all helpful. There was shortage of voltage/power so either you could run AC or the fan, not both. There was no cleaning service - we stayed for 3 nights and the room was cleaned once on our arrival that too when we had gone to the reception and asked. The towels and sheets looked yellow in colour. We paid 7k per night for a horrible experience - you should check Palm Forest or Oxygen resort right next to Rockit, they are much much better. Horrible experience. The owner/caretaker Vishu Clemente spoke very rudely and blamed us for not informing that we are bringing a car with us when there was clear “free parking” mentioned. The electricity was very delicate, AC would trip automatically every 10-15 minutes and there was no cleaning service provided. Would recommend Palm Forest or Oxygen resorts right next to Rockit, they were much better and people were polite.

We had booked the deluxe room, which was a wooden cottage with a king-size bed and attached bathroom with a fridge and a hairdryer which came in use it was nice and clean, the breakfast was also quite good and as we had opted for the complementary breakfast option we tried the full english breakfast for all the days it was really good and fullfilling and we didn't need lunch after that we directly went for snacks in the afternoon. They also helped us get a bike and also a cab for the airport overall it was a good experience.
