Very close to Palolem beach. Great hospitality by Rajan. He is always smiling. They accommodated 12am check in, waited for us to come in. Room is decent and have basic facilities. They have in-house restaurant and bar. Food taste is good.

soloProperty is just by the sea. They small cottages but clean with AC. Room has no fridge though. Good enough for 3 people to stay. Their restaurant and bar place is really nice and food is yummy. They do have parking but it’s only for 2-3 cars and it’s a hassle to take out car every now and then so better park there and then rent a bike and roam around.
