Excellent stay for South Goa travelling Palolem Beach is at stone throw distance from the resort Those who are going from West Bengal pays extra attention as they have 3-4 bengali staff are soo much good in behaviour Rooms & Wash rooms are neat and clean balcony area is also so much clean.

Good clean rooms, food is very good.

Very close to Palolem beach. Great hospitality by Rajan. He is always smiling. They accommodated 12am check in, waited for us to come in. Room is decent and have basic facilities. They have in-house restaurant and bar. Food taste is good.

Amazing people and amazing food will visit again for sure. Good options if you want to experience beach just a min away from your stay

Property is just by the sea. They small cottages but clean with AC. Room has no fridge though. Good enough for 3 people to stay. Their restaurant and bar place is really nice and food is yummy. They do have parking but it’s only for 2-3 cars and it’s a hassle to take out car every now and then so better park there and then rent a bike and roam around.

The hotel was good. There were a variety of food options. The atmosphere was nice as it was near the beach. Live music also was good. However, there was just no TV in the room.

Unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory due to the following issues. Unhygienic rooms: the hotel rooms are not cleaned daily, and the overall cleanliness is subpar. Poor service: the hotel staff are unresponsive and do not provide proper service. Breakfast is ok
