Resort was soo ultimate its very beautiful and the staff was so co oprative and respectfull the resort was unlimitedly clean just excellent

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautifully maintained, clean, and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and quick to respond to any queries. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the pool was spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay truly comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend!

Stayed at Diwa club and the rooms are super clean with twice a day room service. The food at the Bistro & Vivo is very good. The staff are courteous, helpful.The pool is well maintained and huge. The beach is also easily accessible and clean.

Amit Chatterjee head chef attended each serving table and took feedback. the attending team very fantastic at Alila Diwa.. Biswas, Athungo, Sourav were amongst the best team mates at the Vivo restaurant. poolside restaurant gave us a wonderful experience offering soothing music and continental platter. HK guys Savio and Faiz offered spontaneous service.

What was most satisfying was the courteous and welcoming nature of most of the staff right from reception ,restaurants and lobby

Our stay at alila Diwa was very pleasant the rooms were very spacious,the food was also Upto the mark,the staff was also very we trained...nothing to complaint about

We had a lovely4N stay. We travelled with kids they had a great play area and a mini theatre to entertain our kids the play area was clean and had too many toys to make our kid engaged. We arranged a candle light dinner and they didn’t charge for that such a great gesture by the staffs. The food is little expensive but the best part was even the outside food and drinks are allowed. The pool is clean and tidy they had separate pool for kids too. Shuttle service was available till 7pm for access the beach which is somewhat 1 km distance from the property. Room service was quickly available whenever needed. Food for kids were free and they had many varieties for that.

The stay was excellent with excellent hospitality. The food was good and the well spread buffet. A children's play area can improve with more activities. Bit off the beach but shuttle service to beach was well managed. Smooth check in and check out.

Overall experience was amazing, food , room service was excellent . Beach is 5 min walking, although they have provided complimentary shuttle service to the beach

The stay was simply superb! Very very hygienic. One of the best stays that I have had in south Goa. Calm and serene. The hotel staff was courteous. A special mention for the food. It was finger-liking-good.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room and balcony. Despite the high standards expected of your establishment, I found the floor and balcony to be unclean, with a sticky residue that made it uncomfortable to walk barefoot. Specifically, the balcony floor was not mopped, and the room floor also needed attention. As a paying guest, I expect a certain level of cleanliness especially in a luxury hotel like yours. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve your housekeeping services.
