Famafa Beach Resort

By mistake we had put wrong date, but that hotel is not co operative at all, in night they have told to the make my trip customer care person that we will definitely give approval, but next day they have not given, and in night they have not given a single room, so please remove that hotel from make my trip and please refund my amount.

The room was very clean with beautiful ambience. The great part here is it is just 1 min to the beach with centralised ac. Very courteous and helpful staff. We plan to visit the same place next time again.

This hotel is not worth the money. Let me list down the issues i faced: 1. Ac of my room didn’t work for two days. Tried contacting makemytrip they didn’t provide any help either 2. Breakfast is sourced from some local restaurant, it usually gets cold by the time it’s served in your room and then staff won’t remove the left over plates till next morning. 3. Room and your beds are not cleaned everyday and there is no fixed timings to clean the room. 3. Hotel has been redone, it must have been a hostel kind of place earlier so safety of your belongings can be an issue since there is no security at all. If you are coming over with your family i would suggest to avoid this hotel.

Pros- good location, near to beach, fresh rooms, new property, helpful staff. . . . Cons - a/c non functional, no ventilation, as all property is central ac. Had to change room 3 times in a stay if 3 days. Had do stay outside the room for almost 2-3 hrs in middle of night with my wife while they tried to fix the fault. Which was not fixed. Had to sleep in a suffocating room with only a fan. Electric points don't work - can't charge phones, tv won't work, no mobile network to make any calls. Wifi is pretty average. . Staff 8s helpful, nitisha was extremely helpful. But there is little they can do my advise - though the rooms and property is great, but they lack the basic amenities. So not so pleasant after all.

It’s a newly built property just 600m from arambol beach. This property has a really spacious rooms. They have both ac and non ac rooms. While i stayed in the hotel their kitchen was not started yet so they were arranging food from the restaurant next door. For me it was not a problem as i had my breakfast in germane bakery which is right next to the hotel and for the lunch and dinner i was on the beach so i preferred shacks. But they were providing delivery service in the rooms. If you have any problem while your stay please contact mr. Khaleem he is very sweet and helpful guy and solves any problem in no time. Will be staying again here very soon for sure.
