Room cleaning was average and are Red Ants roaming around bathroom and wastage kept outside room was never taken by them till check out.

Not value for money after taking private villa with pool they dont provide mineral water pool was dirty and lots of ants on bed, they charge 60 rs for 20rs water bottle,Not value for money.

A nice place for a family or couple. walking distance to Wagator beach. Rooms were clean and service was excellent. food was ok.

The rooms were clean and the property is will maintained. The staff and overall hospitality is just average. Food options, especially in the breakfast, are very limited. Even when ordering food ala carte half of the items from the menu are not available.

Room shown in the mm t booking was not same in terms of quality. Yellow bed sheets. No proper cleaning and wrong breakfast. Worth for 2k per night only

No mineral water bottles, terrible room service, over priced! no kettle or any amenities available except the pool. I shall never recommend leoney resort!

Breakfast was not arranged properly. No proper seating arrangements. Bed was not at all comfortable. Very old ac was installed

At the resort we faced the breakfast issue on the first 2 days

The resort is new and beautiful and the rooms, pool and overall ambience are also very nice. But we had a very bad experience as there was power cut from early morning about 5 am to 9 am and they don't have a power backup service which was so terrible. We stayed there for some quality time and for taking rest one day but due to the power cut we were unable to take good sleep also. The service is not upto the desired level as expected. Overall a very bad experience.

Beautiful property.. And the staff was very helpful who went beyond efforts to help me during my stay. Amit the chef helped me big time, also Dheeraj from the restaurant and Deepak. The property is a 500-600mtrs walk to the beach. The only suggestion is there should be more local cuisine or sea food options in the restaurant menu, Goa being a coastal region n popular in seafood. There was a foul smell in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a 10/10!

Too costly. Service is also average. Some rooms are good but others are in bad condition and also too expensive as per the condition of the room. We had to shift to new rooms giving them more money for the rooms.

Staff was not co operative the room was stinking and the quality of water was also very bad and the lady host at the reception was very rude

It was a nice stay with an amazing view and serenity in the surroundings. Private villa was quite spacious with all the amenities and had a good time at the private pool.

We stayed in private pool villa and it was perfect and neat. Great choice for kids and pool was maintained well and enjoyable. Internet around the villa was excellent and villa had a smart tv with wifi connectivity. Only drawback was the restaurant was closed and we need to order food from swiggy. Otherwise, villa was spacious, rest rooms were clean. Go for it.

Property has no kitchen so no food available at the resort... Shocking... No intercom available in the rooms. Overall very bad experience....
