If i say the check in was smooth room was gd however on d 9th the blade of d fan broke n at dat tym me and my wife were in our parents room wen v complaint the engineer was rude n was trying to blame us once we told dem to check the cctv n d complaint tym he clearly laughed on it the issue was resolved after me involving d reception …. We stayed at the property for 4nights. It is located close to 1. 5km from the candolim beach, although it is advertised to be ~300m from the beach. The hotel has extremely ill-managed rooms, with non-functional switches, poorly maintained electronics and unhygienic rooms & upholstery. Even the bathroom floor is designed to flood at the tiniest drop post usage. The swimming pool is an eye wash. It is a kids pool, with 4 chairs placed at 4 corners. Service of the hotel is good, although you may have to repeatedly call up the reception for every thing. The property has a collab with banana leaf chain (that is the only in-house restaurant. The complimentary breakfast is veg only, and has a limited menu (you may pay and order outside the menu although. Also, do not try to request for a cab+chauffeur from the hotel. It may cost you unnecessary sums. Overall, bad maintenance, poor hygiene, tiny rooms with minimal ventilation and poorly managed electronics, but manageable complimentary breakfast and good staff service.

Stay was amazing, rooms were really big and clean, hot water running 24/7, they serve delicious food at their restaurant banana leaf, staff was really helpful, fast service, and the best thing about this hotel is the location as it is nearby to beaches and amazing restaurants and cafes, overall my experience was really good, will definitely coming again to stay here on my next trip to goa.
