The Grand Central

Location is great. Room is spacious. Excellent view. House keeping is poor. Restaurant is good. Staff friendly.

Location was very nice. Hotel service is disappointing. Room service is very poor, but the restaurant food is very nice, always and non-veg dishes are very good

The grand Central....one of the best property... everything is good...food is awesome... I loved staying here...and definitely will come again...staff is best...

The experience at Grand Central, Goa was not great. Check-in: smooth, no hurdles there Room: spacious, but cleanliness was suspicious. They did not do housekeeping despite telling them on two days. When they finally did it, they forgot to put towels, body wash in the soap dispenser and put only one hand towel. The AC stopped working on day 2 of our stay, and the man at the reception refused to believe without even coming up to check, he then said he will send someone to check, and nobody turned up for 2 days. By the time they came and saw it was not working, it was the day of our checkout. behaviour from the staff at the restaurant: our first meal at the in house restaurant. Was dinner. We paid by cash. They brought back change, with 40 Rs less. They did not tell us it is less. Simply greeted us Goodnight and thank you. When we checked and asked them, the woman who was at the counter said "we don't have change, so usually this is what we do. Since it's just 40 Rs for a 1200 Rs bill. It is usually alright with our customers if we do not give it." And she refused to give the change. Then we finally found change and gave ouselves. We were planning to give a 50Rs tip anyway, but this behaviour made us rethink that. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooftop pool and gym were great perks, and the multi-cuisine restaurant served delicious food. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the service was top-notch.

Shower was not working properly and room not cleaned on second day, neither anyone asked! Which is expected in this price grade hotel!

The property is near Donapaula beach, food is costly ,Room is neat and clean,No swimming pool and Gym
