Starting with location it is near to Betalbatim beach but is in secluded area, service and amenities and food are ok.The place can be good for bachelors but definitely not for family which have a child with them.The restaurant manager is not at all welcoming with empathy and it looks like he is providing the food for free. He doesn’t allow the baby food which we had carried for our child and neither they had any thing which we can feed our child,how come one should expect this behaviour from a hotel industry.The whole time the manager was looking as if he is giving food from his own pocket.

Location was good. service was terrible. not recommended. The stay was very close to the beach but the rooms were not good. Dinner at the restaurant service was too late and the food was also not great.

food and amenities as well as staying are good. transportation expenses are quite high. foods and cleaning are superb

Food was excellent. Speed of response to service call was great. Overall experience of eco hut was also good but few things need much improvement, like seat of commode had some dirty impression which looked bad, the TV remote was not working even after replacement, the wood sheet of the bed was so damp that mushrooms grew at one corner inside the mattress. However overall enjoyed the stay with sea beach at walking distance. Thank you

Hotel stay was a mixed experience. The entry road is horrible. The surroundings were awesome. rooms were not maintained well.

Property was good however swimming pool and dining hall were in a separate location. Television was out of order. Complementary breakfast was denied

everything about the hotel was worth the money, it is convenient, affordable, neat and closer to the tourist spots.

The resort location is good though the premises feels a little shabby the surrounding is quite and will give a very peace atmosphere vibe. The overall male staff is very helpful though a little delayed but they do make sure to resolve the issues. The female staff especially the receptionist who gives the checkout reminder call is very arrogant and has no qualities of good hospitality. Overall the place is decent enough for a stay.

I gave excellent..but early check in should be allowed..and your staff should be polite and should speak positive with guest.. I came at 4 am and my checkn in time was at 12 he said you have to wait on sofa till 4 , which is disgusting, still I gave excellent for stay and food and the amenities provided by alagoa

I stayed at Alagoa Resort in Goa in August 2025 for two nights. The location is truly peaceful—tucked away from the main road and just a short walk to Betalbatim Beach. If you're looking to relax in nature with a quiet atmosphere, this is a great option. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The restaurant had decent food at reasonable prices, and the outdoor seating near the garden was a nice touch. However, the rooms could use better maintenance. The furniture felt a bit old, and there were cleanliness issues like ants in the bathroom. The minibar prices were also surprisingly high .Also, the rooms are not very soundproof

Good experience. Stayed for 4 nights There is no lift in old building rooms, otherwise an overall welcoming stay.
