The property is very very good. But price we paid for the delux room was too high.We paid for 4 nights. One day before of check in, we were getting beach view room in the same price. We asked the property to upgrade our room bit they did not. They said since you have booked , we cannot upgrade. To upgrade we will have to pay extra.

location is very good, property is also very good. Had a very bad experience with the lobby staff and the people in the reception, these guys are very rude and dont know how to treat guests in the right way. Its like treating few people differently and treating others in a very good way, dont want to mention the details. Overall its a good property except for the lobby staff and the people in the reception

Not a huge property but kept clean n well maintained. Advantage is it’s very near to the happening place of north Goa , attached to beach n very clean, excellent toiletries n well maintained swimming pool. Disadvantages include breakfast (disappointing), no children play area, very small restaurant n expensive food( order based food was excellent even though breakfast was not so great)

Location is very nice. On the beach side and very near to city area. Pool was also well maintained and big in size. food quality has to be improved a-lot. Staff are well mannered and co-operative, cleanness is good but again on food thing they have to work hard..But as there are manu options nearby so food was not a big deal..

Hotel pillows were very hard .. n breakfast menu was limited they served poori with dal sabzi .. like poori are served with aalo or channa sabzi and there beach side property should add indian menu as well ..rest staff was polite location is excellent

The property is very pretty...beach facing...the staff is also polite but the hotel rules are very rigid....we booked a garden facing room and they gave us a parking facing corner room on ground floor..I am 5 months pregnant and requested for a 1st floor room in same category...we went in off season and the hotel was very empty but still they told us to pay extra...plus checkout is at 11 max we can go upto 11.30....we checked in at night requested for a checkout till 12 but they are very stringent....breakfast spread is also very average
