Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend

Stayed here for 2 nights and the experience was far from satisfactory. The room had a persistent smell of dampness, and there were a lot of ants everywhere, making it very uncomfortable. Ventilation was poor in the room and the bathroom, which made the space feel stuffy and unhygienic. The swimming pool was dirty and clearly not maintained; there were no clean towels available either. On top of that, our room access card stopped working, and despite informing the receptionist multiple times over the phone, no one came to help. We had to walk all the way to the reception ourselves to get it resolved. The bathroom only had lukewarm water—there was no hot water available at all, which added to the inconvenience. The only good part of our stay was the food. The dining staff — Rinabala, Parabdeep, and Ganesh — were excellent. They were attentive, polite, and helped a lot with taking and serving our orders efficiently. Overall, the service and maintenance were poor, and the hotel did not meet even basic expectations. Definitely not worth the money.

It was a great stay and hospitality was great. Impressed by hospitality. Rooms,gym, pool and game room were great. Breakfast buffet had great variety but taste was average. Apart from that everything was on point.

Terrible Stay

Pathetic stay @ Sterling Goa. I've always preferred Sterling over any other brands coz I've got few most loving memories with my partner specially at Sterling Mussoorie. but this time there were no slippers, o hand towels in the bathroom, no towels or bath rob, the cupboard was broken, pathetic food and more over when I raised a concern at the reception there was no response literally no response from the person standing at the reception. Pathetic super duper pathetic stay. no recommend at all especially at Goa.

Food is average. Property is not at all 5 star standard whereas MMT declared in your site is 5 star. Complete cheating. Bath room was stinking and no proper vantilation of wash room. Not a good experience compare to room charges

Overall Stay was Good... Pros-: Good swimming pool... Well maintained rooms... Indoor games facility... Ambience was really good... House keeping person was very gentle... Help desk provided all the accessories whenever we requested... Cons- Most of the outdoor games required extra payment which is too exorbitant... Food is bit expensive...

Excellent Stay

The stay is Excellent, neat and tidy, good hospitality. Though property is near to Varca beach, which is walkable distance of 1 km. It's not safe to walk with family is what i felt. Hence, it's good to provide shuttle service by property on request basis with nominal charges to guests.

hotel was good . Breakfast decent with good spread.security staff and Fand B staff was good clean room and hotel. when I have asked for late checkout they asked for 2500 Rs + Gst which I feel is looting. when room rate is 6000 why they have to charge 2500 for 3 to 4 hrs late check out.

stay was pleasent but food is too costly and all activity for kids are chargable which should have been free also they allow customer to swim without mandatory swimming costume and caps which is very inhygene.

The stay was awesome with my wife and daughter,we loved the food and the rooms provide was excellent.Would like to visit again whenever I and my family comes to south Goa .The beach is superb very calm and quiet varca beach,the hospitality was superb. Love it 🥰
