A hygienic and pleasant stay

The room was as expected and shown in the image. The breakfast was delicious and the staff is truly courteous. There were two things I wanted to point out to the manager: 1. At the time of my stay, no channel on the TV is broadcasting due to insufficient balance. As I am travelling with an infant, I truly require that. I even asked for this on the reception, but no one showed up. Having a smart TV or at least a normal channel subscription is expected at this cost. 2. There was no bathroom mat, or towel placed in place of a mat; this is again a must requirement in studio rooms.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. There was no water supply in the hotel, which is a basic necessity. The staff took an entire day to resolve the issue, causing significant inconvenience and even delaying our darshan plans. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of urgency. Would not recommend this property to others.
