A perfectly cozy and comfortable space. Loved the thoughtful decor and small details that contributed to a relaxing and memorable stay.

We had an okay experience, the b&b was done up nicely and was serene to look at but there were some issues we faced with the hosts that may have been averted had there been more understanding of the situation from their end.

Need to improve the taste of their food rest the vibe was superb and the service was excellent by hans ji.

Lovely place, great location and super helpful host. Stayed at the hyatt last time but enjoyed this stay more (generic hotels are generic.

Our stay was very comfortable, special thanks to payal ma-am for giving extra care to her guests. Property is very beautiful and its location is also very good, all the tourist attractions are nearby and also it’s easy to reach from airport or railway station

Awesome stay

Horrible experience. Tv was not working. We requested them to top up but they started making excuses and didnt do it. We had a room with a garden view but couldn’t enjoy it as there was a painter working there constantly and the host was sitting right next to our door in the garden. So no privacy at all. Fake ratings. Not at all worth. They made us park our car on the street outside with no security.

The property was beautiful. 1. The rooms had cockroaches. 2. The shower gel had mosquitoes inside it. 3. The owner didn't let us park the vehicle inside the property even though there was ample space inside.

The owner is very co operative, however the caretaker never answers the call, but the owner does! rooms and the vibe is great! there’s no parking and someone punctured the tire if parked outside the lane! overall the vibe is good, rooms are clean!

This place is so pretty and cosy and comfy! it's a cute little nest in the nicer part of amritsar away from the crowds and crumbling atmosphere of the older city. Transportation in amritsar is easy, so we didn't miss staying away from the touristy parts. It's run by a retired couple - this is their father's property - and the house is beautiful and tasteful with old and new elements blended together. It was so good to see an older home retained and used. It's very calm and peaceful and the caretaker hans is very friendly and obliging. The beds are brilliant and they provide extra blankets. When we mentioned our flight would arrive early, they gave us early check-in even though we didn't explicitly request it. We only had breakfast one day but that was also delicious - hot aloo parathas and dalia khichdi. We wish payal all the best and rate this place full marks.

As a solo female traveller who has been to amritsar several times before i felt safe and comfortable in the bnb. I’ve always stayed in the old city on my earlier visits and this was the first time trying out a different part of town- location is good there are many food places around local and familiar brands. Transport is easily available and payal and her helper hans were very forthcoming and helpful with the arrangements. However for the price point i did expect a cleaner room - there were cockroaches which they willingly removed but also dust balls behind the bed. Leaving there left me in a panic because i had an early morning train and with the taxi waiting right outside the gate there was no one to open it. I had to raise quite a racket before someone came to open the door - i could have missed my train and this would not have happened at a hotel which has 24:7 staff on duty. That’s a massive difference and i’d consider it in case you have odd dish timings to access the place. Food served was good and homely but i was unsure of the ro water being provided and had to switch to buying mineral water which i like to avoid.

Frankly i was pretty surprised to get the treatment i'd say i have got. It looks like a premium property but when you arrive there, all the common areas are close to being called dirty. The breakfast option included in the room, it has only one option. So if they are making poori subzi, it's only that. You can ask for eggs and bread etc but imagine for vegetarian, take it or leave it. Had multiple gaps for my kid and they kept on serving food with spices when i clearly requested that he doesn't eat spice at all. Moreover it's the way they'll deal with you. It seems they are doing a favor. Another incident that was to my shock was that the caretaker came out of the blue and told me to mind my son as rest of the rooms are occupied. I asked him what happened and he said no just in case. I was like, he is here since yesterday, he hasn't made any noise, nor has he troubled anyone and you have the guts to caution me for no reason. Bina baat ke tok rah e hain! i was furious! how dare he, that too in front of my kid. We did have other challenges at the check out but i am steering clear of not mentioning them as it was there right to reject a late checkout. However since our train was around evening, we decided to have lunch there itself which they knew. I told them to take order and the owner blatantly said no. In that split moment i was so disgusted that it must have reflected in my response. Very firmly i said what do you mean no! he realized and immediately said what will you have. Why create an unnecessary situation for no reason. Overall experience and moreover what you expect from a premium property was not even close. It was supposed to be a special trip as all of us cousins travel-led together for the first time. Completely ruined by the stay we chose. I am usually not critical of a place, they pushed me so much!

Excellent place around mall road. The place is beautifully decorated and maintained by the owner. She takes personal to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The property itself is like a curated museum, where each and every corner is designed and done up with elegance. You just wish, you had a place of your own, that was so tastefully done. The breakfast is amazing and homely. The property is centrally located and well connected with all the major attractions of amritsar. We recommend that you blindly follow the suggestions made by the host. You won't be disappointed. In short, a place that we would love to go back again and highly recommend to anyone who wishes to enjoy a pleasant and hassle free stay in amritsar!

We had great experience of stay and they have amazing staff at the bougainvillea. It is recommended for family and couples. Breakfast was healthy and homemade which we liked the most.

We stayed there for 2 days, it was amazing. The breakfast was very delicious, home- cooked with varieties. The host made us feel very comfortable. Although rooms need a little maintenance, but for a homestay it was okay. The ambience indeed was splendid. The lobby, the dining hall gave a feel of ancient British times. Pleasant stay. Will love to visit there again. The terrace suite is the best❤️❤️
