Great stay in reasonable price if you want hotel nearby railway station and other places like Museum, Golden temple , market etc. The staff were helpful and kind , also allowed us to keep our luggage at reception after check out. Rooms are nice & family of 4 members can easily stay together in one room.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. The outdoor area of the property was not well maintained and didn’t give a very good impression. The room was clean, but the size was quite small and felt a bit cramped. During my stay, the electricity went out frequently which was inconvenient. Also, there was no kitchen facility available which made it difficult to manage food. Overall, the stay was just average.

Most of the rooms have poorly functioning air conditioning. Although the staff did accommodate room change requests, I had to switch rooms multiple times due to this issue, which made the stay quite inconvenient. The listing mentions "shared parking," but this is misleading. In reality, the hotel does not provide any designated parking and clearly states that they are not responsible for guests' vehicles. Additionally, the hotel owner, was extremely uncooperative, refusing to acknowledge any shortcomings on their part.

However, to ensure your comfort, we promptly shifted you to another room without any delay. As we discussed during our call, the hotel has limited public parking space available outside, which can accommodate only two cars and is open to all guests. This information is clearly mentioned on the MakeMyTrip app, which I also showed you. I'm sorry that there was a misunderstanding regarding this. Additionally, I offered you a paid parking option for your rented car at no charge to you, which you chose not to accept. We strive to provide clear and transparent policies for all our guests.
