Sir you misled the night attendant to give you an AC room while you had booked a Non AC room. And used the AC too, and were not willing to pay extra charges for using more than what you had paid/ booked for.

It was an average experience as the receptionist was arrogant and couldn’t control her temperament while talking to the customer. She should have been more cordial and genuine.

familyI have booked a non ac room for rs around 2000 and got a worst room with smelling, teared bedsheet, no proper pressure in tap, moisture all around, plaster from wall and seiling was crumbling. Hotel has provided an extra bed without mattress only a thin blanket was there. Horrible experience.
