good behaviour of staff . hotel is good for staying . location very near to railway station. 2min walking.

The room was clean, even the staff were very helpful, anyhow the ac temperature wasn't up and down , the bathroom can be more clean. The rest of the things are Good

The room not at all came to my expectations. Firstly, I booked the room for 7 persons but they alloted only two rooms, one accomodating 3 and the other accomodating only 2. Secondly, the ac was also damaged in one of the rooms. Lastly, the blankets were so untidy that they cannot be used by anyone. It was not at all a good experience staying at this hotel.

All the hotel are good. Their attitude towards me is good. Meal provided by hotel is also good . All the hotel staff member's behaviour toward us is also good. Driver has also good response towards us and also drive well and spotted all the beautiful sites.

Stay at hotel M City was comfortable. It is located opposite to Amritsar Jn. So, easy to catch my train by walk. Hotel room was neat and clean with all the essential facilities. Thank you.

Hotel is walkable distance from railway station. Toilet was dirty. Blanket had no cover which is not hygienic. Room was too small. There was staff shortage. Staff denied for complimentry 2 hours delay offer present in voucher even though room availability was not an issue
