I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room ambience was good (4 stars) and the staff were excellent, deserving a full 5 stars for their helpful and polite behavior. A special mention to Raman Deep at the reception for outstanding service (5 stars). The only area that needs improvement is the food, which I would rate 3 stars. Other than that, it was a comfortable and well-managed stay.

room size ok, they not given working chair in room and also amenities all not in room which mentioned at the time of booking, Food is also not such a very good teste most disappointed with their Dal Makhni, other thing are ok.

Rooms are small, bathrooms too cingested. Service is slow. food is average. tried to call the manager many times before arrival, but je didn't pick our calls. as we reached late, hotel denied us any food. asked to get it delivered. Had the manager picked the call, i could have got some food packed. on check out I requested for fee extra hours, hotel asked to pay Rs. 1500 for 3 hours. overall, nothing very positive about this hotel.

For the price you pay its a decent property. the location is well connected, rooms are nice, washroom is clean. The avg rating I gave as there was a strange smell in the room , was using it for day spend with 12 hr stay so didn't go for a change in room. Staff is helpful. Neighborhood being close to station so can't vouch for it to be clean. But property entrance and all are pretty decent and clean. Inshort , You get what you pay for as a price.

The room space was very tight. It was not nicely clean. Towel was dirty. Customer service was okay!

The hotel location is excellent. Hardly 5 minutes walk from railway station. The check-in experience was good. Able to check-in less than 5 mins. Room was well organized and clean. Hotel staff was too cooperative and they supported and provided prompt response to all of our requirements.

Rooms were good, recpetion was helpful, we were unable to connect with hotel through numbers mentioned in MMT

location is easy assessable from railwaay station, hotel facilities are good, staff are cartious, polite and humble, issues of cleanliness and limited buffet option..... should be think on this concern by hotel management.... rest of all are good. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel rooms were good, and the hotel is located right opposite the railway station. Cleanliness was well maintained. We had booked a deluxe room through MMT, but the room provided had no window. We informed the manager that the MMT listing showed a deluxe room with a window, so we requested a change. The manager was very cooperative and arranged another room with a window for us within 10 minutes. The staff’s behavior was also excellent. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The location of hotel is very near to railway station, good ambience, staff is very polie . The staff provided me an early check-in also as I arrived early in hotel. I have family suite room and it is soo luxurious and neat.

We booked this property randomly from MMT, Amazing food, neat and clean rooms and washrooms. Rooftop hangout and dine in area was awesome. Staff is very Decent and polite. A must stay property👌
