Excellent Stay
The location of hotel is very near to railway station, good ambience, staff is very polie . The staff provided me an early check-in also as I arrived early in hotel. I have family suite room and it is soo luxurious and neat.

We booked this property randomly from MMT, Amazing food, neat and clean rooms and washrooms. Rooftop hangout and dine in area was awesome. Staff is very Decent and polite. A must stay property👌

Hotel's Review
The location, rooms, and amenities of this hotel are truly amazing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, there are a couple of areas that need urgent improvement: 1) Food Quality: We ordered multiple items during our stay, but the quality was very poor. Even when we gave it another try at night, the taste was still disappointing. On one occasion, we ordered one thing but were served something else (chapatis). 2) Service Responsiveness: The staff’s response time needs serious attention. For example, we asked them in the afternoon to clear our plates from lunch, but they were still lying there at night. Everything else about this hotel is fantastic — the rooms, the property, and the location make it worth staying here. However, I would strongly recommend avoiding food from the hotel’s restaurant. There are excellent eateries nearby offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. If you want a comfortable stay with great amenities and a prime location, this hotel is perfect — just step out for your meals.

Average Stay
Stay was nice and comfortable. Rooms were neat and clean. We had selected a double deluxe A/C room which was allotted to us but since the geyser was not working we were allotted another room which was half the room we were allotted earlier. Since we were allotted a smaller room we should have been refunded the difference amount. Request you to kindly process for the refund of the difference amount.
