Room size was too small.we cannot freely move inside & outside the room.No ventilation was there.Delux room should be spaciest with furniture table & chair.Bed mattress was not comfortable. Springs were there

The location was extremely good and close to the Golden temple. Food was also decent and apart from this staff was extremely polite and helpful.

I booked the super deluxe room,the room was very good neat and clean. but do not add breakfast to your booking. There are only 1-2 options like aloo parantha and gobhi parantha. The food was not hot either.

Hotel provided used bed, aprox 10 hair spred in bedding. When we reached they spray over room freshener. The bed are totally broken, springs of bed are directly touched to body, can't able to sleep overnight.

Facility was pathetic, service was pathetic and guest safety too. There was fire 🔥 that came out of hair dryer almost burning my hair

Very near to the golden temple. though the "superdeluxe" room was just a regular room, my stay was very peaceful.

The room was in very poor condition, and the breakfast was extremely disappointing. There was water blockage in the washroom, and overall, there was no proper management or system in place.

Location wise the hotel is very good. Five minutes walk from Golden Temple. The hotel offered everything good. Rooms were clean, washroom was clean. Air-conditioning was good having power backup. Tariff was reasonable. Value for money. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Overall was ok and good. The room was smelling with bad odour and bedsheets were stained. the didn't provide with toiletries as well

Pathetic arrangement you have to ask for soap towels towels once given were dirty as if washed in ages.... Most interesting points people will laugh once they read AC control pannel is outside in shaft window at night you feel cold please open your room in sleeping outfit and increase decrease Else call 2 am at reception if someone pics which will not happen than ask them to do it.... First time i saw customer a single customer inside lift and maintenance and housekeeping stop lift and ask customer to adjust for them Sire de tatttu

We had a great stay. Everything was clean, location is excellent…staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms were decent size with all basic amenities provided. AC was already on. I couldn’t find any fault, especially with that price range. Highly recommend.

Location wise best place to stay. Hospitality is also good. Rooms are ok and value for money. But the only issue is it's in the back side of Golden temple and due to space constraints one would face issues with connectivity with prepade taxis (Ola / Uber).

Property is clean and nice, staff is helpful taxi and local transport is available at affordable prices

Overall, the hotel staff is good and cooperative, and the location is very close to the Golden Temple. However, parking is a major issue — I had to pay ₹200 for one night of private parking, and the streets around the hotel are quite congested. Recommended for those who want to stay near the Golden Temple and don’t mind parking difficulties.
