Staff was not treat well to our seniors citizen.

Hotel is nice room is clean washroom is also clean ... But make my trip charged us costly rent of room

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its biggest advantage is the excellent location, being very close to the temple, which makes it convenient for visits. The property is clean and well-maintained, offering good value for money. The staff were polite, helpful, and provided quick service throughout my stay. I didn’t get a chance to try the food, so can’t comment on that. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience near the temple.

Location is too good, Very safe, Mandir is only 100 mtrs away, Deluxe room was terrible, they have centralized AC, if yoi feel cold or feel a bit warm, there is no way they are going to change the temparature for you vs people in 25 rooms. Staff is good but they are not trained to act professionally for hotel industry. Water , toiletries Towels etc should be kept without asking. overall 3/5

My one day stay was awesome. Property is located in prime location, stone throw away from the golden temple. Staff was cooperative during the stay.

Poor sanitation, no bathroom amenities provided. Room also didn’t match the standard expectations of a hotel. All and all it was just terrible

we stayed here for 3 nights,staff were helpful but no room cleaning or necessary kits were provided . towels were not changed for 3 days ..no dental kit was provided The breakfast menu was the same for all 3 days ie parantha ( no other options )and no buffer was provided on all these 3 days

Sometimes Room floor and walls are seen wet condition. i think it coz of improper working of air conditioner. Moreover ,controlling switch of A/C is provided ,at out side of room, in a corner side of corridor.Bath room door mat and bathroom towels are issued based only on our request. I recently stayed at this hotel during a short vacation, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. If you’re someone from an upper-middle-class background or traveling with your family, I would not recommend this property. The service quality simply does not justify the cost, and it could seriously affect the quality of your trip. For solo travelers or those on a tighter budget, this place might be manageable if you set your expectations accordingly. However, if you’re traveling with family—especially with elderly members or kids—it’s better to invest a little more and choose a hotel that offers proper hospitality and efficient service. The property I stayed at still needs a lot of improvement, particularly in the staff’s responsiveness and canteen services. Waiting 30 minutes for a single cup of tea is unacceptable, especially when you’re only staying for a couple of days and trying to make the most of your time. Overall, the service was slow, and the experience just didn’t meet even basic hospitality standards. It is what it is—but I hope they improve in the future.

The hotel location is very convenient, rooms are clean, beds were clean, near by shopping available, walkable to jallianwala bagh, local restaurants, overall good experience. Would recommend.

We requested a mattress for third person as we booked room for three. The third guest was asked to sleep on the floor and no portable bed was provided
