very good staff service and helpful Mr. Ramesh helped me lot

The room was stinking with cigarette, smell, smell, and the comforter bedsheets were really dirty. It is very average. I would not recommend to anyone who is habitual of staying in luxury properties. Since I was in the in a hurry I had to book this hotel it was below my expectations.

Hotel is at a covinient location with good and helpfull staffs. Breakfast is ok with a limited variety of food. standard room has been taken with limited space of movement. The rooms require more maintenance due to rainy season. Overall decent hotel to stay

ac was leaking . breakfast was okay, served in room itself but the kitchen is not in the hotel itself but it's outsourced. there was a hot kettle in a room but it was too dirty to be used... overall it was too bad an experience

Rooms: The room had only one towel, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. I informed multiple staff members before stepping out and requested them to place additional towels and clean the toilet. I was away for over 7 hours and checked with the reception upon return—they assured me it was taken care of, but nothing had been done. Overall, the room quality was below average. Breakfast Experience: Given that most guests in Amritsar head early to the Golden Temple, one would expect breakfast service to start early. We asked for breakfast at 7:40 AM, but shockingly, it hadn’t even begun preparation. Staff Response: The reception staff were unresponsive and lacked a sense of urgency in addressing basic requests. Location: The hotel does have a good location—situated on the main road and about 3 km from the Golden Temple. Overall: Despite the location, there are definitely better hotels available in Amritsar at a similar price point. I wouldn’t recommend this property based on my experience.
