I recently stayed at Le Meridien Goa, Calangute, and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and we were upgraded to a beautiful, spacious room with a lovely view. The room itself was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were top-notch, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided — from premium toiletries to a well-stocked minibar.

I would like to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. At the time of booking, I had clearly mentioned **3 adults**, yet on arrival we were unexpectedly charged for the third adult. While I understand that this may have been covered under the terms and conditions, such charges should either be reflected in the booking summary upfront or automatically included in the total cost. Having this sprung upon us only at check-in felt unfair and left us with a negative impression, despite the otherwise good experience at your hotel.

Very unfriendly and short, Narrow minded staff, Makes your experience below Marriot standards, No value for Money. Problems start right from entrance, you have to struggle for parking, security has its own prejudice, Check- in staff is very hostile, they won’t make your check in a pleasant. They might give better treatment if you book on their direct website site. Might be they have grudges with MMT. Even if you call Mmt support, they won’t pick the call of MMT support executives

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, the hotel staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent throughout. Perfect location with easy access to nearby attractions. The Le Meridien, Calangute, Goa is a very well located Hotel. Right next to the Mc Donald's Restaurant, it has a whole market nearby with all Veg Non Veg Food options available. The breakfast buffet experience is phenomenal too. Overall a very good option to stay in North Goa.

The stay at Le Meridian Goa was pleasant and comfortable.. we where there to celebrate one our best friend’s bday.. the room was spacious, staff was attentive to all our needs Special mention to the house keeping staff for making our room so much like feel at home .. The break was spread was wide and all the items were made well.. the pantry staff had decorated the room for the bday and a lovely cake too was kept.. we enjoyed our three day stay and kudos to all the staff . Extremely Disappointed I am utterly appalled by the disgraceful experience we had with **Le Meridien Goa, Calangute** and **MakeMyTrip**. We had clearly booked a room for **three adults**, explicitly mentioned in our booking . this is a blatant rip-off! It is beyond frustrating that a reputed hotel and a trusted travel site would stoop to such unethical practices. The lack of transparency, the unwillingness to resolve the issue, and the sheer audacity to overcharge us after confirming our booking details is absolutely unacceptable. This experience has left a bitter taste and ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday. I strongly warn everyone to stay away from Le Meridien Goa and be extremely cautious while booking They have lost our trust forever, and I hope they regret this deceitful act for the rest of their existence. Such dishonesty should never be tolerated in the hospitality industry. We demand a full refund and a sincere apology, but I’m not holding
