Location is good but the staff is very very rude arrogant and not all courteous especially front office Mr Brendan was very rude. The other staff like H.k mr Bheem, Ritu Rana, Susmita and Samir and md Kaif were very courteous and helpful

Overall top class facilities. Pool is very nice. So is the buffet. Room service too is excellent, esp the staff. Room has smell of cigarette smoke continuously even though all are smoke free rooms. Overall 4.5 out of 5

We had a good stay, Rooms are good ad ambience is good. But my room bathroom use to get water logged. Staff is very nice though they have very limited breakfast options. Their Roll on bed wasn't comfortable at all. I have stayed in othe rhtoels and theri roll on beds were far much better than this basic one. Being in Goa and no music or any evenign activity was quiet disappointing.

The property is poorly maintained—the room and washroom gave an old and unclean impression. The AC was noisy all night, making it very difficult to rest. Even after an upgrade, the sofa seat cover in my room was dirty. Overall, I am not satisfied with my stay, and I strongly suggest the hotel take immediate steps to improve cleanliness and maintenance.

Stay was very good, all the hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The property was very clean and family oriented. Both of our kids enjoyed the pool and the kids area. Hotel location is very premium and nearer to condolim beach where you can just go by walking. You can also get rental scooter just outside of the hotel. Lots many food joints and shops are in vicinity. Must visit to this place. 5 ⭐ from our side..

The stay was a comfortable one. The rooms were clean. The staff especially at the restaurant were really polite. The breakfast layout was very good but was a little disappointed with the dinner buffet. On the whole, it was a satisfactory stay.
