We had a good experience at The Astor hotel. The staffs are quite co-operative. The hotel has taken care of many minute details which has made our trip quite memorable (complimentary ride to beach, extended breakfast hours, complimentary mini bar facilities, free dry cleaning facilities, etc). Breakfast spread was limited, but it was quite good in taste. Rooms size was decent and lenin quality was of good quality. Overall, my family had a wonderful time at The Astor. This was our first stay at the Astor property, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff truly went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service, clearly aiming to match the standards of top 5-star hotels. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the Astor Suite through MakeMyTrip, as we had booked our flights with them. The suite was spacious, clean, and perfect for a comfortable stay. The pool area, while not very large, was well-maintained and included a baby pool—which was a big plus for us since we were traveling with an infant. The food at the property was delicious, and the amenities were all up to the mark. The location is also a strong point—just a short walk from Candolim Beach, making it very convenient. A big thanks to the manager, Gunjan, for making sure our stay was perfect from check-in to check-out. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made a real difference.

Property is good, Rooms are good and large ,spacious and maintained.They upgraded our room from junior suite to studio suite...They need to work on their buffet breakfast n room service as budget breakfast didn't had much variety and first day everything served was cold,but they fixed it next day but there was so much of delay for live counter food items.So I kindly request u to serve more options and improve the above issues..it can become the best place to live in...

Amazing hotel and friendly hotel staff. Made our stay comfortable and beautiful. Highly recommend for people travelling with babies also. They take care of baby milk and food.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay in The Astor, which was wonderful and great service. Especially at restaurant by the team headed by Mr.Joseph, surprised us by warm support. Overall enjoyed the stay and great service by everyone.

Had a very pleasant stay ..we were taken care off by the amazing eager to help staff.we were there for my daughters 20th bday.the hotel team ensured and made the bday gal feel special.Rooms were well appointed.and the turn down service were thoughtful everyday throughout our stay.will definitely recommend and come back again.

We stayed in Astor Suite. We reached early morning around 8 am and staff was very helpful in all support till the time room got ready. Room was very very cosy and comfortable. Entire room and property was clean and well maintained. Complimentary mini bar was a bonus and even High Tea..was good. Entire staff was very cooperative and supportive. Buffet breakfast had wide spread. They also offer complimentary pick and drop within 1 km..like Candolim Beach, Candolim Market etc. Really enjoyed the stay and will be visiting again for sure. I had a wonderful stay at The Astor! The rooms were spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable — everything you’d expect from a top-class hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience memorable; they were attentive, professional, and genuinely warm throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the breakfast buffet — an incredible spread with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to every taste. Overall, The Astor exceeded my expectations

The location does not do justice to the hotel; the approach roads are narrow and crowded and give the impression of an overbuilt residential area. But the interiors are much more inviting, and laid out spaciously.

Stay at Astor was best experience. Cleanliness, hospitality, location in prime area in north goa. High tea was the new experience which not many properties offer. Pool was attached to open bar and best part is happy hours which is included in the room price.

We stayed in Astor suites for our anniversary. The team made our stay very special as per the request to surprise my wife with room decoration ,cakes , flowers and great stay. The rooms are very spacious,great staff behaviour very prompt,humble and they don't miss any instruction. Special shout out to Joy,Lilfred,Vishal and Suchi for making this trip such a special one for us.

In one word everything was fantastic and wonderful hotel staffs. Really want to come again with my full family.
